May have been here 3 hours a day and did more damage than repair. Cut water lines in a mold allergy repair process. Water everywhere in the water damaged area that only made me extremely ill. Day 2 : broke a new shower tile in another room no where near. Left my water on all night. Broke the first piece of greenboard sheet rock and it is not even close to the right size. Left a mess in my driveway, laundry room and paint in my yard. Used a shop vacuum with no filter blasting the filth everywhere. Left it all for me, the very ill customer to clean up. Drove through my yard! Dan has subcontractor tell me he’s too busy to take my text. Pathetic work and he could not possibly care any less. But he wants to be paid. Don’t hire him for anything!

Claimed loss: Water line, broken tile, water bill, my labor 8 hours. Said he paid his guy $25 per hour. Doctor bill for not using a filter on the vacuum.

Desired outcome: $1,000. Stop recommending this sorry excuse for a remodel.
