I sent them my credit card payment receipt and they let me on for a few weeks but now they have cut me off again. Started about October, 202510-29-25 "For some reason, we have been unable to verify that you have an active, qualifying subscription to the Daily Herald newspaper. Daily Herald digital access is only available to 7-day newspaper subscribers, plus other subscribers who pay for digital access." 11-17-25 they tell me I am cancelled. Start receiving it again after emailing. 11-26-25,I cannot read the paper as it says I don't have a subscription.
Desired outcome: I just want my money back and they can keep their digital subscription as they don't keep good records or care.
