I'm always scared of purchasing products over the internet because you never know what you are going to get. Especially when it comes to clothing. But I needed some bathing suits for my upcoming vacation and a friend introduced me to this website. The bathing suits were super cute and reasonably. I decided to test out the waters by only ordering one at first and see what happens. My product arrived in 4 days and my bathing suit was really cute and it fit according to the sizing chart. I was really excited and pleased and so then my proceeded to order more and all the products that I ordered arrived in a timely manner and the products were all good quality. I did have one that did not fit me like I wanted because of my chest size and I asked to return the product. The return process was super easy and the customer service was amazing. I have told a lot of my friends about this website and I definitely will be purchasing from them in the near future.

I have had been highly satisfied with the few purchases I have made with Cupshe. The very first time I bought from them I received my order within the time frame they gave me and I absolutely fell in love with the suit. This last purchase I made I received my order sooner than expected, however it did not fit. The options are to keep the suit that doesn't fit and receive a full refund but for their website only. (In my opinion isn't a bad deal.) Or pay to return your suit and receive a partial refund or they will send you a different size in the same suit. I chose to keep the one I received and then they gave me the full refund code to use on their website. So I bought a new one! I will suggest that when ordering online to just do the basic free shipping. Sure the time frame is longer but things happen in the process of shipping sometimes and if we are ordering out suits early enough then the time it arrives shouldn't matter! Prepare a head of time, don't procrastinate!

I have only recently discovered Cupshe and I am absolutely thrilled! The suits are very well made and they fit me beautifully. They have the most adorable styles which to me at least are more unique then other swimsuit companies. I have bought several. I also have purchased darling coverups from Cupshe. The price point is terrific which is why I have purchased quite a few. I could not be happier! I spend a lot of time in the water so I will be a regular customer and look forward to all new arrivals! I have ordered several items from cupshe.com and I am always impressed with the quality of the clothing. It’s all very well made. Ordering online can be challenging but their website always offers size guides as well as customer reviews which I find so helpful when selecting the right fit. They have secure payment options like PayPal. The customer service is excellent. I have had to use the return /exchange option and they always respond quickly and offer several options to choose from like reviving a refund or store credit.

I have placed 2 orders with the online company CUPSHE. They communicate with their customers very well. As a customer you know when your order will be delivered. If you need to return items, they give you details on how to return. They then let you know when they issue a credit. They also give several options for returning which is nice. They sell high quality swimwear. They like to know exactly why the size was wrong for future swimsuits that are created. I have been highly satisfied with this company! I am so happy that I found them!

Absolutely Amazing customer service! They went above and beyond expectations. I value working with a customer service representative personally instead of an automated system. They responded to my email question quickly and kindly. Each time I have emailed them a different person responds and they all have been very helpful as well as genuinely kind. I would recommend Cupshe as my orders have always arrived in great condition, as ordered and if I have ever had any issues, for example a suit for on my body type that I found unflattering on me (which is not their issue) they have been so accommodating, more than most companies you will deal with. They have offered me multiple incredible options on a refund/credit if needed. They are now my go to for bathing suit needs. I would very much recommend them to anyone. I also suggest if you ever have any question or issues, contact them directly as they are incredible responsive and will assist you as needed!

Cupshe: Excellent quality swimsuits and adorable, unique designs. (Not everyone will have your swimsuit at the beach or pool!) Bonus: fair price points won't break the bank for a new swimsuit. If a suit does not fit, you may return it. You pay the shipping fee to return, but Cupshe makes the process as smooth and efficient as it can be. My refund for the suits that did not fit was processed the same day I sent an email with a photo showing the return shipping receipt. They stayed in communication via email until the transaction was complete. I kept the suits that did fit and I love them! I would definitely recommend Cupshe. I was not in a hurry to receive my suits, but they did ship quite quickly, especially considering most shipping is delayed right now (summer of 2020). Again, overall, I recommend Cupshe. Their suits are excellent!

Hi! Just wanted to stop by and brag about one in particular company.. Cupshe! With every suit fitting different and my size fluctuating, I've always been skeptical to order a suit online. I would keep going back to Cupshe to browse and I just loved the style of their suits and the prices were so reasonable, I finally decided to order online! I ordered 2 size medium suits and they were amazing, the material was perfect and the fit was just right, so I decided to order 3 more! :) On my 2nd order, again, I purchased all medium sizes, however 1 of the bottoms fit a little more snug and I needed to exchange for a different size. I simply sent an email to Cupshe and within the same day I received a reply stating that I didn't have to go through the hassle to return the bottoms as well a coupon code for 130% of the purchase amount. They had superior service and even followed up to see if this was satisfactory for me. I purchased another suit instead of the bottoms due to the bottoms being sold out. I will continue to shop Cupshe and recommend it to friends!

I recently bought a bathing suit from Cupshe for $26.99. They took the money from my account and then sent me an email saying that the shipping would be delayed because of bad weather. They offered me a discount of three dollars off my next purchase. I waited almost a month to receive the bathing suit. When I finally got it, I noticed that the straps were not sewn in place. Every time I lifted my arms, there was a wardrobe malfunction. I sent them an email right away to request a return. The customer service representative said they had to review the claim and it took them two weeks to get back to me. They told me to keep the bathing suit and offered only a partial refund. According to their return policy, a partial refund is only offered after you've had the item for more than 30 days or if it was a clearance item. This was not the case as I had only had the item for less than 24 hours and it was a full-priced item.

I had to go back and forth with the customer representative to explain that a bathing suit that doesn't fit properly is of no use to me and I would like to return it for a full refund. They reluctantly gave me the shipping address. I shipped the item 17 days ago and they have had it in their possession for the last two weeks, but still no refund. I ordered the bathing suit in the beginning of March and it is now May. I'm still waiting for my money, plus the money I paid to ship the item back, which they don't cover for any reason. Their customer service is terrible. There are no phone numbers on their site to address customer concerns, and there is no contact or shipping information outside of an email address.

I strongly advise you to avoid this merchant at all costs. You will regret giving them your business!

I recently had a less than satisfactory experience with Cupshe. I ordered four bikinis online and was surprised to not receive a confirmation email or order number. However, I did receive the items in a timely manner. Unfortunately, three of the bikinis did not fit and I needed to process a return. The return process was not straightforward as I had to request a refund via email instead of finding the information on their website. Additionally, the package did not include a receipt or order number, which was very strange. I had to send a detailed email with all the information I had in hopes that they would find my order. Luckily, they did and gave me three options: keep the bikinis that did not fit and receive a 130% coupon or 60% refund, or return the items for a full refund. I chose the latter option.

However, I received another email offering a new, one-time-only option of keeping the bikinis for $5 each and receiving a refund for the rest. I decided to keep the three bikinis for $5 each since the cost of shipping would have been about the same as keeping them. I was disappointed that Cupshe was bargaining with me to try and get something out of the transaction. It felt like a scam and left me with products I did not want.

Even if my order accidentally never shipped, I would appreciate honesty and an offer to express my order instead of being left in the dark.

After about a week of "processing" and me trying to get in touch with the company over Facebook Messenger and email, someone finally responded, saying that my order had been shipped, and they were unable to initiate a refund. I was disappointed, but I decided to return the items whenever I finally received them. However, to make a long and frustrating story short, they only shipped 2 of the 6 items I ordered and gave me a fraudulent tracking number for the remaining 4. They told me that they would not allow a refund for the 2 that I actually did receive, and I was only allowed store credit, even though their website claims that all unopened and unused merchandise can be returned for a full refund.

I ended up having to go back and forth with my credit card company to get the charges reversed. When my credit company called Cupshe to dispute the claim, Cupshe kept providing the tracking number for the 2 items that I did receive, claiming that they had sent all 6 in that order. I was finally able to provide my credit card company with a copy of the electronic invoice that showed only 2 of the actual bathing suits of the 6 that I had purchased were actually shipped and delivered, and they were able to refund me for the 4 that I never received. As for the 2 that arrived, I ended up stuck with them. They were of extremely poor quality and material, and the sizing was far from what you would consider normal.

I would advise anyone not to waste their time or money here. I wish I had read reviews on a third-party site before purchasing. I only read reviews on their Facebook page, which is run by them, and they only allow 5-star and raving reviews on their page. I myself attempted to post a bad review of their services, and it was promptly deleted. This company is a complete scam and should be sued and shut down.

I received 4 bathingsuits from Cupshe that do not fit. I am unable to locate my order numbers. I no longer have packing slip. I have tried several times to return items for refund but I am getting nowhere with customer service. I have provided photos of original bags with serial numbers. I have provided PayPal photo showing my purchase amount. I feel you are dragging this out so I won't meet the time-frame to return the items for a full refund. How can I return these items and get a refund?

I order 4 swimsuits size 3X. I received 5 swimsuit 1 witch is a size L they also charged me, I complained they responded that they gave me a $20.00 credit. Overall I did not order this swimsuit. When I ordered the swimsuit they also said that first time buyers would get 15% off the order. I also tried to speak with them and they wanted nothing to do with that. I received my order today Monday January 8, 2024. The swimsuit are made not very good. They are large around the led and your private part shows. I have never had this issue in my life. Overall does not fit properly. I would like my money back for this order please. I am a 69 year old person who is on pension and can not lose any money.

Both suits had extremely short torsos and one was so lowcut that I knew I would never be able to wear it in public. It did not look like that on the site! I immediately went onto the site to start the return process and waited almost 24 hours for a response. Instead of return instructions, they offered me a 120% coupon to buy more suits or a 50% partial refund and I could keep the items. What?! I replied saying I just want to return the items and get a 100% refund.

Another 24 hours later, I received the next response. They offered me an 80% partial refund or I could send back the products for a 100% refund but I would have to pay for and arrange for shipping. It's 2018, every tiny company on the internet has figured out how to handle returns and return shipping labels - and how to answer an email within a couple of hours! What is wrong with this company?

So, all in all, I would say BEWARE of Cupshe. They are absolutely horrendous and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

When I contacted customer service, they told me that I had cancelled the order and received a credit. This wasn't exactly true, but it was close. I suggested some solutions, but they could only offer to refund the difference in credit. I received the money on my Paypal account within 24 hours, which was good. However, I didn't want to place the original order a second time and pay for expedited shipping again because of their poor communication.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Cupshe because of their poor customer service. Their English is not very good, which makes it difficult to communicate with them. They did offer me a $10 "cash coupon" after I wrote this review, but it turned out to be a credit for future purchases. While I appreciated the effort, I still won't do business with them again. We're now scrambling to find swimsuits for our summer vacation.

Macy's / CUPSHE

I placed an order on Macy's website using my Macy's credit card, I purchased six items to wear a bathing suit cover ups. They separated, the two bathing suit cover ups into a separate order, and said they were from Corp Shay. Everything else arrived at my home. The two cover ups said they were delivered. They weren’t. I called Macy’s. Macy’s said they were not liable to re-ship the items because they were a marketplace order, I stated no I ordered them from your website with my Macy’s card. The customer service person at Macy’s said no, we don’t endorse these products. They are from cups she inquired as to how they can do that I use my Macy's card on a Macy's website, they said you have to reach out to cub. She, which I have been trying to do for five days. I sent an email no response I tried to call numbers do not work to try to get my money back because Macy’s will not reimburse me on my credit card they will not give me bathing suit cover ups, which apparently they do selling their store.

Items ordered on the 22nd of March 2022.

Tracker has not been updated since the 25th of March 2022. It is now the 6th of April.

5 emails of enquiry sent. No response.

2 conversations using the online chat service, one in which I was told that the case had been escalated and a manager would contact me. No response.

I legal document sent demanding a refund and compensation. No response.

The only response I have received is in reply to the bad reviews I have left on Trust Pilot and Sitejabber. Automated apology, but no positive outcome.

This company has no customer service. No phone number, no reply to emails. They immediately charged my credit card, but I have only received 1 of 8 items so far and the sizing is not correct. I want to cancel the rest of my order or at least change the sizes but I cannot reach anyone. I'm now seeing all these negative reviews and wishing i'd seen them sooner. I can see i'm most likely going to have to do a chargeback on my credit card. I will also let everyone on social media know this company is a scam.

Cupshe is a scam. Here is how their fraudulent business works. You make a purchase through www.cupshe.com. They give you fake expedited shipping. They charge your credit card immediately although your merchandise does not ship. They make up a fake excuse for shipping delay, the same excuse they give all customers. Tracking your order says "shipping labels created" but your order is not shipped to you. Then, when you ask to cancel/ be refunded, they refuse and instead, give you 3 options to NOT get your money back. Don't buy anything from their website. It is a scam.

This is my 5th and final letter then I will be reporting this company . I ordered this item on July 22, I paid an extra 12.00 to have it shipped in 4 days for a birthday gift. It is now August 2, and I have not received it nor have I gotten responses from my emails. But my account was charged the day I ordered it!
I want my money back please.

Ordered items 3/27/19 and never received my items. I have emailed them several times and they do not respond to any emails. I have had to google their phone number and I cannot reach anyone.

I would like to speak with someone regarding my order. I even paid for expedited shipping and it has been over 2 weeks. I will never order from this company again and I will never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible service and NO customer service whatsoever!

Made a purchase and items never received. I have contacted Cupshe now for several weeks. First was told they would allow me to reorder with a coupon. Coupon was never sent I am still asking and no they say sorry unable to honor the coupon. They now have taken my money and I have not received any of my items. I email daily and still no reply. I have attempted to contact customer service no number is available. I have now been waiting over a week as I have asked for a manager to contact me and still no call or email to resolve. Don't bother purchasing from them this is clearly a scam to get people to make online purchase and they don't ship you a dam thing.

Note: I will be filing an official complaint with the better business bureau on this matter. I am the latest victim to be scammed by this company. I ordered my suits over two weeks ago and still have received no tracking information. I have sent multiple emails to the company only to be told my swimsuits are "on their way" and that shipping information would be provided when the suit arrived "local." never have I had to wait this long for package! Let alone waiting for tracking information. I was told at time of purchase that shipping time would be 7 days. This is rediculous. I have yet to hear back from my latest email, but one major fault of this company: no phone number. Buyers beware!

I placed an order with several bathing suits, they did not fit even though I went by sizing on their site. I inquired about exchanging. They asked me to keep them for coupons or get partial refund. I insisted to send them back. I placed a second order with larger sizes, I kept two suits and returned all the suits together. I confirmed with customer service that I would receive a refund, "Bonny" said I would. I enclosed the unworn suits with print outs of my order. I received tracking info that my package was returned. However, "Bonny" said when I sent her the tracking info that they were going to donate the suits and not open the package so I had to send sku info. I had already sent her copies of my order emails. I tried calling the company and listened to 10 minutes of prerecorded scam offers and was never directed to customer service. I have a feeling I'll never see my money back. I have heard horror stories since all this began that this company is a huge scam. I wish I had known. I am going to be out hundreds of dollars! This company needs shut down.

Ordered a large order from them. Received package with suit missing. None of the suits fit. Emailed customer service to return and get refund for missing suit. They said they can refund me or I can select one of the two options:

I proceeded to tell them I just want a full refund and then they have not replied back to me since. I started investigating and found many people had the same issue and even never received a package in the first place.

ordered suits, didn't fit, sent an email as instructed and haven't heard anything back. I hadn't known it there customer service was an issue until stumbling upon this page. It's a shame I can't even find a number to contact them. I'm very disappointed in a company that would handle or not handle their customer sin this manner! I'd like a refund or an acknowledgment at best.

I ordered 2 swimsuits from this place on 2/26/18 and 3/1/18 neither one fit so I sent an email with order number and pictures of both suits as requested. I have not heard back from them. I understand I would get a credit but I haven't even got that. They won't send me an address on where to send these suits to. They are making it more difficult than what it is. I will never buy from this company again. I should have read the reviews before I purchased the bathing suits. Very disappointing!
