Where is my refund?

I made a mistake and misses the memo id on the transaction. This was my bad i know. I contacted changelly through a support ticket and never really heard anything back other than an auto reply message so i went onto the live chat. The person on the chat was very helpful and let me know what they would need to process a refund. I proceeded to send them all of the required information and then some. I was told that this would be processed in 3-7 business days.
Well it is now the 9th business day and i have yet to recieve funds. I contacted on the 7th day and they said they would be right on it. I still have heard nothing and tomorrow will be 10 days since i filled refund. At this point my money is being held by Changelly and it is inhibiting my ability to access those funds and make investments cause me a loss of money. If someone does not contact me about this i will be forced to file a complaint with the CFPB and The ComplaintsBoard.com.
It is absurd that i was given a time line and they have almost doubled it with no contact or update to me.

This is more for changelly pro. They say you can sign up as a trader and start trading. I deposited some xrp to convert and buy cns so I could stake in my centric wallet. As soon as I signed up and and got my cns their site was down for deposits and withdrawals. After 2 days waiting I was finally able to get on start what I thought was a withdrawal to my centric wallet. Keep in mind I only signed with changelly pro because they had cns. That was the only trade I was ever going to do there.
I got an email that my withdrawal was on hold and my account was frozen. They want me to do the kyc to un freeze it. This is a bait and switch tactic to lure you in to do a simple trade and then freeze your account to force you to give up your information. Their website clearly says and allows you to sign up at trader level which allows you to make trades and withdraw up to 1 bitcoin a day. My ONE trade was a small amount $1600 and now worth $700 due to cns dropping. Yet I am flagged and frozen for possible suspicious activity. Never use this site unless you are going to want to KYC as one of your main trading sites. I would ever use these idiots again.

Now changelly. I have used changelly with no problems but be aware their exchange rates are really high. You won't notice by looking at the actual rates. You have to look at the amount of each crypto you are exchanging. You are getting ripped off on the amount of the crypto you are exchanging for. I have seen $80 difference in there before. If you are ok with the fees and the uneven exchanges then this is the app for you.

I am brand new to this platform and I haven't even opened it yet. I came across it looking for something else in crypto so in fairness to not hurt a company I gave it five stars for now until I figure out what its real rating is I will say, and I hope they read this that it DOES NOT look good that in your summary one of the first crypto's that you list that you support and can swap is Luna LUNA!?
I mean, I'm not in advertisement specialist, and the more I learn about cryptocurrency the more I learned that I don't know about cryptocurrency. But I do have common sense enough to know that if I'm going to advertise some thing, the lead product is not going to be one that went to zero, and kicked off a contagion of seven other exchanges and their tokens going bankrupt. Kind of a big deal especially for people that are brand new just getting into it. Many newbies may have missed this. But for those that have been around, that turns up a resentful sensitive topic. And so just based off of this kind of amateur mistake, it has me weary that this can be a trusted or reliable application. Because it is, this app is careless about something devastating & that doesn't exist anymore, it's not a good place to start when you're dealing with peoples hard, earned money & investment. It gives the impression that either changeelly is NOT up-to-date, that theyare careless with something like they're advertising description, why would I trust them with $100,000 of my invested capital. or it gives an impression that it was just throwing together like scam pop-up that they would miss some things so obvious

Unfortunately they received my coin but never sent my exchanged coin in return. Fortunately “only” $500 worth. Lesson learned. Only do business with folks that do good business. Left a ticket over 48 hours ago with no response (claimed response time is 24-48 hours). Sorry changelly, you lost me as a customer.

Their rates are terrible they straight up scam you they blame it on the market when in reality they give u the worst rates. Second you could make a purchase and when u try again it’ll straight up block your purchase and say they’re not allowed to give a reason. Oh and they still steal the money out your bank.

This site does not respond to emails and I have yet to receive coins that I’ve converted on it. I’m very disappointed because it’s well organized and very easy to use. I still have hope of the developers contacting me about my issue because I would still do business due to how well the site is constructed. BE CAREFUL!

I was initially excited to use this service on May 10th in order to exchange 500 usd worth of BNB for ETH; unfortunately I have not received any ETH in return. The transaction shows as “success”, although according to the app, it states not paid... complete the transaction or return my money and I’ll gladly amend my review

If you send a Currancy to the wrong address by mistake it’s gone forever. “That’s the way blockchain works” exact words I was told. Other places would have tried to reverse the transaction. Never use them again! How is there no control over sending it to an address that does not accept the currency you are sending SHADY!

Sent over $900 of bnb over to the correct address and they said they did not receive it and even have screenshots to prove it. They acknowledged that they had all of the information and this company said I would have my money back in 10 business days. It has been much longer. These people are not trustworthy and I would not recommend using.

I have a 9 month old phone with vpn and firewall
While moving 5,000$ of btc converted from vet the output was changed. I explained to them my security but they turned a blind eye
It is clear someone at changelly redirected the output my suggestion is don’t risk your money!

I exchanged coins for Ethereum weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I gave them every piece of information that was provided. They message me back the same thing. They act as if it is bueller when I provided them all info. I would never recommend this to anyone to use. If you want your money NOT to be scammed I suggest you find somewhere else.

Lost entire amount using this app because they don’t explain what blockchain to use. They don’t have clear instructions . Avoid at any costly is not worth the risk. Support reply said it cannot be recovered at they mention in the website that they only accept ERC20 tokens. But they DO NOT mention that on the iOS app which what I used. Unbelievable .

Be careful with their merchant services. I tried to purchase with my bank card, was declined due to a technical error, and another “technical error” caused the authorization to become “stuck in their system” which cases an additional delay, and will require another 5 business days to void the transaction. All the while, this money is not available for use.

Nothing but trouble, like in all seriousness stay away from this app and only use it as a last resort. Nothing but issues with this platform and they will hold your funds ransom and refund you whenever they feel like it. Support is terrible, and oh yeah most of the horror stories you see in the reviews are real. There ARE better places to buy your crypto from!

At this time it’s been 24 hours since I made my first transaction and it’s still not showing up at the destination. I’ve contacted support for Changelly and the banking company they use and although they are timely they are not helpful. I’ve used other apps and the transaction is immediate. I don’t know if I will ever see my transaction. I won’t use this app again.

Someone used my information and created an account and from 11:11am to 11:39am, the account had over 150 logins from various different countries. Even looking it up on how to delete the account, there is no where on the site to delete your account, along with no contact information for the company. If I can’t get the account deleted, then I have to look into legal action. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR INFORMATION.

This company hides their fees in the exchanges given for the money. For instance, I just tried to buy $100 worth of USD and they were offering 0.[protected] BTC in exchange (which is $83). Literally 17% in fees from their advertised “0.50%”. Even Coinbase is cheaper it’s only $8 with them (debit card purchase) that’s the only reason I gave this app a chance but now I see the truth. Don’t waste your time with this app.

I wanted to trade for xrp so I used this app sent them 112.00 dollars of xlm to the address they said to i have prof through email an Coinbase THEY NEVER SENT MY XRP THEY SAID I NEVER SENT THE XLM

Their site says .25% fee along with standard network fees - this sounds great but they hide a few more fees which will result in total to about 8%. At least that’s what it was for the two swaps I made.

When they say standard network fees they don’t mean just the network fees of the coins you are trading but also their own network fee of about 7.7%. On top of this the exchange rate you will get is about 8% lower what you would get on HitBTC exchange which they use.

We agreed to exchange BTC for Nexo. I followed their tedious instructions and made sure the amount was over the minimum including fees, included a memo, and they took my BTC said the transaction failed and refused to give me my Nexo. I’m confused how if the transaction fails, you get to keep my BTC? My transaction ID is yysw42erb0mja69e
But they will not resolve this as I have already messaged them on Reddit as well as their support email. Sketchy company, DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR CRYPTO!
