On November 12, 2024, I sent 977,709 TRX to Changelly’s wallet for an exchange. Transaction ID: 74j6d638iqelc7gw.
I provided all requested documents and completed verification. Since then — complete silence. No responses from support, no legal grounds for holding the funds, no timeline or resolution.
This appears to be unlawful asset retention and potentially misappropriation.
I urge others to be extremely cautious when using Changelly.
I am ready to share all communications and evidence with media, law enforcement, and blockchain analytics services.

Recommendation: For large amounts I advise you to use another exchanger so as not to get into my situation.
