Crown Asset Management review: No communication from their attorney

I was sued by this company back in May for an unpaid loan. I never received any warning from them. Since then, their attorney and mine came up with a settlement agreement in MAY, which I have made three payments toward already. In June a sheriff showed up to my door to serve paperwork because I never showed up to court in June! Their attorney never sent the agreement to the court, and I am now expected in court next week. I (and the attorneys I am working with) have tried to get in touch with their attorney for two months now and never received any response back. The court has not received a copy of the settlement they came up with, and while I have a copy of the settlement and receipts I've been paying toward it, it's impossible to get in touch with their attorney OR them. I plan on going into court and asking for this to be dismissed since it's an error on their attorney's part.
