I've been a Cricut member for nearly three years.
I started experiencing issues with Design space over two and a half months ago. I never hated a company more.
I've placed over 12 calls to Cricut, wasted weeks troubleshooting design space with Cricut. They blamed the issue on my internet provider and on my computer.
I had my internet company out. They verified there wasn't an issue. I called Microsoft. They informed me that there was a compatibility issue with Cricut. On 10/02/25, I called Cricut and spoke with an agent and explained the issue. He helped me fix the issue but refused to refund me for the last two months subscription to Cricut, that I wasn't able to utilize, and Cricut wasn't able to troubleshoot. They don't even have a next level support, or software team.
I'm pulling out my Cameo Silhouette and learning how to use the software, like all of my colleagues. Cricut sucks! Period. And the customer service is outsourced to foreigners that you can barely understand, and some are rude.
Recommendation: Buy a Silhouette.
