All week every day I called to make sure they wouldn't cut off my service. Lady every time was clear as mud and was rude keeping interrupting me. She made it sound that it be extended til I got paid on 12th. She kept changing date as to when to call in date. She was clear as flipping mud. Cricket has Leniency for even 7 days.all this WAS NOT Explained!! Also gal was very hard to understand in her English.

Your phone system u call in and one time gives u options different than next time. No consistency at all.

    just my opinion but as long as your paid in full shouldn't be a issue
