Cricket Wireless activation and refund policy

I purchased 2 iphone6s off Boost mobile website since they were affordable. Took devices to Cricket to get prepaid plans. Gentlemen did process to get service, took my money to purchase. All said and done he tells me my phones are locked and to go to Boost to unlock them. I went to Boost, they couldn't do it in store and gave me a number to call. I called the number they said I'd have to go on Apple website to unlock it. I did. Apple says they can't unlock it so I return to Cricket to get a refund. Employee at Cricket and I call customer support, the first agent says it's up to the in store supervisor to give me a refund. She tries to pull up my number, and it's not there. Now keep in mind I've already paid cash of $170 for activation but there's no record. I'm getting all this run around, but yet y'all still have my money. To add to that the so called service is cancelled. I've been banned k and forth for four days. I'm very upset and I WILL NOT BE SCREWED OUT OF MY $170.

Cricket Wireless portable mini speaker es31 mul

On July 25, 2018 I purchased a T & G Bluetooth Portable Speaker. I listened to the speaker for 2 days when it started making a loud clicking noise. July 28, 2018 I boxed it up, found my receipt and went back to the store I purchased it from. I was dissatisfied with the quality of sound and more so with the clicking noise. I asked for a refund and was told it couldn't be done. Not happy, I agreed to exchange the speaker. The new speaker would not hold a charge, so I would use the plug. Now here is my problem. The plug fell into the speaker and is now worthless. I'm not sure if anything can or will be done. What aggravates me the most. Is the day I purchased the speaker I also transferred my cell phone service from Metro PCS.

Cricket Wireless customer service

Ok so... I go into a location convenient for me and want to make a payment. I get there two people there the lady helps the customers before me, and theres another guy there making popcorn. I stand there patiently, no greets by the way from anyone, still there waiting I finally go to the popcorn maker and i tell him "I'd like to make a payment please I'm kinda in a hurry.". He tells me "oh uh theres someone in the back I can get for you." So i wait and wait and he stands there making more popcorn (more important than the customer i guess) and finally he yells across the room to the other lady "Can you take a payment?!" She looks at him and says uh yea? With customers in front of her. I was dumbfounded! I guess the popcorn was more important than a customer. So I'm upset at that point thinki g WOW REALLY?! I now had to drive 5 miles away to make a payment (inconvenient) this having to go to work so was in a hurry. Which brings to when I first set my payment up it was supposed to be set for the autopay on the 1st of every month. Nope the guy lied to me from the beginning and my card was trying to charged 10/26. I had told him the 1st is convenient for me. He ASSURED me that I was taken care of. Didn't happen, that was why I was gonna make a payment instore. As i get the the othee location across town, the same guy (Garrett) who set me up was there. I told him about the popcorn guy and Garrett tells me "Oh yeah, he's like that." What the hell? Why have a person who is like that work in customer service? I dont know i switched from T-Mobile to this and this is by far the worse instore and phine customer service ever. But of course I'm sure nothing will be done about it. Its a bunch of crap when people don't know how to treat customers. If corporate is reading this DP SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

Cricket Wireless switching

I called today because I was switching services I was also going to use my cricket phone with the new carrier. But instead I was told I could not use that phone cause I had only recently purchased the phone 5 months ago, and order to use that phone it had to be used with "Cricket" services for 6 months.. Now on that note ive been with cricket for about 3 1/2 years loved the service amd product hints to why I was with them for as long as I was... But after today NEVER WILL I RETURN TO CRICKET! First of any carrier ive ever been with has necer impleminted a "6 month rule" 45 days at the most. And on that note.. If I pay for my phone cash out of my own pocket then by god I can do whatever the he'll I want given ive been with thos [censored]ty company as long as I was and 2 I PAID FOR IT YOU HAVE NO SAY IN WHAT I CAN AMD CANNOT DO.. And also if you want people to continue service with you train your employees better, let them know to let your customers that if they buy a phone they are caught up as slave to your service because they havent had that new phone for 6 months but they have had your service for years.. This is by far the biggest crock of [censored] ever... And last put it in there damn paperwork not just online and get better customer service they at least need to be more informed because I spoke to a village of idiots today.. I would like someone of a higher statue to please contact me at some point because id like to rip someones butt for lying to there people.

I completely after I paid $600 for 2 Samsung phones and prepaid 2 months service on each. Only to find out that Cricket service isn't available within 40 miles of my home. Even though I paid full cash price for both phones they are refuting give me the network unlock codes so I can use with a carrier that can provide service. This company's short coming has drastically hurt my business and yet they act like it's my fault when the [censored] that sold me the phones assured me that I would have service in my home area

Cricket Wireless the store

I went into Cricket Wireless, as i walked in all i could smell was Weed. so overbearing i couldn't stand to be in the store. So i turned around and walked away. i was so excited to switch my family of 4 over to Cricket today. But i will never go back inside the store. Mind you i had my child with me who is 3. There wasn't even a worker at the counter, they just be to busy smoking weed in the back!

Cricket Wireless malware installed on two separate phones from cricket

I purchased an Android phone for cricket wireless had it activated and for the first year worked fine for 11 months the 12 month I had malware installed in my phone going thru nuthin but pure hell trying to solve the problem with my internet service my phone finally ended up locking up on me and was no good .so I ran out and purchased another cricket phone for my second year the same thing with this phone a year later malware installed on my Huawei phone two different phones same situation who the hell is messing with my phone I give cricket wireless the thumbs down for allowing this to happen nuthin pisses me off more then for sumone to tamper with my internet connection

Cricket Wireless unprofessional service

Today [protected]) I received a new phone from your Rhinelander, WI store and along with it, extremely poor customer service. I do not normally make a fuss over these things- but I feel pretty strongly that your Cricket team should know this information.
I came to exchange a phone my husband purchased earlier in the week, Saturday October 6th to be exact. Upon entering the store- I was greeted kindly by the staff member, asking if she could help me with anything. I began looking at phones on display, and explained I was here to exchange/switch to another phone. The manager, from several feet away, interrupted, and loudly stated that I was no longer able to exchange my phone, as the deadline was the previous day. She spoke with condescending tone and as if to engage in an argument. The manager did not ask my name or request my receipt, she remained across the room behind the desk as she argued her point. I replied that my phone was purchased last Saturday, and that I would be exchanging my phone today. I gave further information to the manager that I was told I could return the phone on Friday by a staff member at their Rhinelander. The manager again spoke with a negative tone- asking who told me this. Her tone was again quite rude, and insinuated that what I was saying to her was false.
I had come to the store on Wednesday October 10th and spoke with a very kind staff member, who shared detailed information with me on the phones, answered my questions, and was all around awesome. He informed me that a manager needed to assist with the transferring of the phones, and the manger would be in the store on Friday.
In the end- I was correct, I had 7 days to exchange my phone, and I had my receipt as proof. Never once did the manager or other staff member show any indication of apology for their behavior toward me. The provided cold and unfriendly service for the remainder of my time there, as they transferred my phone over.
Overall, I am happy with my phone, I am sure I will be happy with my Cricket service going forward. But I truly hope I never have to set foot into that store again. Once again, I typically am not one to complain, but the lack of kindness I received at your Rhinelander location is something I could not let go unknown.

Cricket Wireless cricket wireless services, device issues, billing issues, fraud sales

They gave me incorrect receipt, No change given Stole money from me, Theft Complaint, Gave me defective phone, Put me on wrong data plan, put incorrect address on my account, Incorrect charges on account, False Advertisement, Deceptive sales practices, No Service, No Coverage in my area . Cricket owes [removed] $90.00 and [removed] wants refund

In addition to my complaint, No Coverage, No Service, No Signal, Dropped Calls, Junk Phones and horrible customer service.

Ernest Diaz Manager of Pittsburgh Mills Mall at [protected] is friends with the owner of Cricket Store in the mall and they refuse to refund Mr.Diaz $80.00 and refuse to correct the matter. Mr.Diaz contacted Cricket Wireless Customer Service Corporate they refused to correct the matter and gave no assitance to Diaz

Cricket Wireless terrible customer service

I have never in my life been treated like crap, except by cricket. I can get irate over my bill because when my monthly bill is 107 each month and they tell me they are crediting me a whole 10 dollars I expect to see that on my bill before my bill is due. (Beings that I had the issue in the month of Sept the credit should be applied to the month of Sept. Because there was no credit I paid the 107. When I realized this I called and said I am revoking my payment since the credit was not applied and I would pay the 97. Nope they not only shut off my service but added 10 dollars to my bill and said they gave me a 10 credit. What [censored]s! Here in the good old United states we know how to do math. I'm so disgusted that my crappy phone service comes from another country. If only we could go back about 50 years and not have to deal with crap. Thanks Cricket, you show people more and more everyday the crap phone service and the even [censored]tier customer service you attempt to provide!

Cricket Wireless the handling of customer bills

My name is paul rickert sr. My phone number is [protected]. I have been with cricket for over a year I have never had a complaint my service is great unfortunately I am now unable to work in my account comes due on the 1st fortunately my disability payment comes on the 3rd. I find it very distasteful that they will not work with you in any form without any money at all. My bill is always paid on time i've been a great customer. But that doesn't matter to these people all they care about is their money so customer care is horrible in this sense. You guys do not work with people at least a good customers that pay their bill every month I will be taking my business elsewhere. I strongly recommend you guys work on your customer service because customers that are good to you want to be treated fair in better than that seriously disappointing! I am disabled and cannot be without my phone for 2 days... Thank you... Sincerely paul h. Rickert sr.

Cricket Wireless hotspot data

Okay soo my hotspot is really slow and my bill was just paid and i dont understand why its slow because the bill was paid. I would love too kno a answer on why its slow because its [censored] and the bill just was paid so why is slow i should have high speed hotspot data and i cant down load no games Nothing because my hotspot sucks. It literally takes a whole day and a half to download something.

Cricket Wireless store in martinsburg wv

I called The store in Martinsburg WV to ask if I could buy extra data at the store instead of on line. The clerk, I think Stephanie is her name, said she didn't know & put me on hold for 7 mins only for her to pick phone up to hang up. She did this 4 more times back to back. Picking up after at least 20 rings & hanging up. I was driving there while this happened. I was very irate. She was on your phone on a personal call! I yelled did she really think I wouldn't show up? I told her she should've told me she didn't know! She tried every conceivable excuse. I insisted on mgr name & #. She went into back office & called him. Finally she gave me his name, Stan with phone #. He was pacifying me! Said either he or "Sharmain" would call me back. That was 4 days ago. No call, no resolution. That girl working at your store was nasty & rude. As I was leaving she sarcastically was laughing stating nothing was gonna happen to her! I said "you think?". I'm extremely upset, the bucks been passed & now ignored! Meanwhile I have to travel 30+ miles today to buy data. I'd like a response to this complaint. I won't hesitate to take it further. I'm considering a protest outside that store.

Cricket Wireless service

I was lied to now TWICE by a cricket employee saying that I owed $44 2 monthis in a row after thoroughly explaining to them that I do not have a bank account so every month I give my mother the cash to pay my cricket bill. She called cricket to pay over the phone and they told her both times that she owed $44. So we pay and 5 days later I get a text notification that I STILL OWE! Now it's an extra 1$ or they suspend my service. Not only that but both the cricket employee and their supervisor were totally rude and disgusting on the phone! I have NEVER in my life been treated so bad by a freaking phone company! They will NOT refund me my money or un suspend my service now! I am disgusted so after I pay them they're petty 1$ this will be the last month I am ever going to use this ratchet [censored] ghetto phone company and I am going right back to metro PCS! Cricket and it's employ are garbage

Cricket Wireless lies and ultimately costing me over 1000.00

I was lied to buy cricket employees to come to cricket, then charged for services I could not access after those lies and a stolen phone which I was told I'd have no deductable with insurance they sold me I find out I did and then when I couldn't afford it due to being a victim of crime they tell me to buy phones that couldn't be unlocked then spend 417.76 on a iPhone that wasn't compatible with cricket hotspot something I paid for and a must have to have to sale that iPhone for 115.00 to buy a crap Motorola cruise and have them cancel my hotspot all together and want to keep charging me for a suspension of a line I can not use cause I've spent this money for a 2nd phone line and still can't have anything do by this crap company to make it up to me or make it right then like to me and tell me customer service is the only department with the company [censored] that's a flat out [censored]ing lie and I'm getting close to taking measures to get my justice one way or another either legally in court or as a free man of God in my own hands what's it gonna be. I will have justice one way or another. I'm sick of this crap of making me more of victim every time I turn around. I won't be a victim any more am I perfectly clear about this I was a victim of a crime and cricket wants to keep making it worse and victimize me more and more over and over. This will not be stood for and I'll die before I allow anyone to keep making me more of a victim.

A store here in chicago Il at 2300 w chicago ave, chicago il 60622
Customer service at that store is HORRIBLE! everytime i contact them they either cuss me out or hang up on me, threatning me.
When i go to that store, they either ignore my needs or simply dont even know how to answer. I dont ask anything that would be irrelevant to cricket service, everything is regarding my phone that uve had a hard time using for the past year and a half!
I have had enough of such disrespect! When i try to reach out customer service at 1800 number, THEY HANG UP ON ME AS WELL, but before they do, they lie about cinnecting me to whoever i ask them to connect me to. This discord needs to stop! I've been a valued customer for many years, and not only the service is terrible, but the people behind cricket are EVEN WORSE! ! Pure evil! I will be contacting my lawyer! ! Im done being nice! Some of those kids are at least 25 years younger, so the fact that they disrespect me so much, only speaks of how undeserving they are of their jobs! Ive had ENOUGH!

Cricket Wireless service

Mr. Jordan,
My name is Rory Reese. I am new to the area and here in the Zanesville cricket store with my brother in law trying to get new service for my wife and I. Unfortunately this has proven to not be an easy task. The lady working here has been very helpful. However it is the parties I the other end (chat to the max) that have become a huge obstacle. Over three hours we have been here no phones, a lost in pay from work, and now I'm not even sure if my wife will get to keep her phone number that we tried to switch over hours ago that she had had for years. Here in hour number four we are being told that cricket will not be honoring their promotion of a free LG Fortune 2 with the transfer of my wife's number from a previous carrier. Now we are being told that we have to pay for it and more than we've ever imagined. This is ridiculous and if i didn't need a phone for work i would have left hours ago. This is terrible and i will let everyone know how terrible your service is.

Cricket Wireless service, lack of

Told I needed to purchase phone in order to change last 4 digits through customer care as agent in store did not have capability to. Was assured that if I used a card I would be reimbursed 100% (cash only reimbursed to $75) and return within 7 days, no questions.

Not the case. After 2 hours with phone in their store and on phone 59 minutes of that 2 hours with customer care they were unable to change last 4 to my request (hidden fee) and later "needs to be computer generated/randomly assigned".
No signs posted regarding alleged policies.

After I said to cancel service was advised this was not an option without more fees. FOR 2 HOURS, phone never left store. The staff knew I was looking for specific last 4 - I had called ahead to see if that was an option!

CONDESCENDING PLACATING individuals who were difficult to understand- Linda, Bradley and Freddie preferred to speak over me, banter & harass me about why it was so important I had specific 4 digits and repeat what they wanted to hear instead of helping resolve the conflict/lack of clear postings regarding the alleged fees, inability to meet specific customer needs, return & activation policies (obvious communication barrier).

I would not recommend- out $100 for 2 hours of conflict as that is how customer care approached this situation.

Cricket Wireless customer service

All week every day I called to make sure they wouldn't cut off my service. Lady every time was clear as mud and was rude keeping interrupting me. She made it sound that it be extended til I got paid on 12th. She kept changing date as to when to call in date. She was clear as flipping mud. Cricket has Leniency for even 7 days.all this WAS NOT Explained! Also gal was very hard to understand in her English.

Cricket Wireless employee

Employee was rude to customers when store got busy. He became very aggitated. Obe customer was trying to have his son removed from his account and put onto his own plan. Employee kept stating he didn't have time for this due to it being a holiday weekend and they were busy. Customer was willing to come back next day or Monday. Employee was talking with hands and had scissors in them. I wanted a phone for my son. Was quoted one price. Asked why it was so much. He exited out and explained on why the price was what it was. He went back in and quoted me an even higher amount than the first time. When I asked him why it was higher, he stated because I had him exit out and he would need to resend the info back to have someone approve it and it took to long the first time and was not going to do it again. I was the only customer left in the store and there were 3 employees working at the time. I told him I could get the same phone at Walmart and he told me he wouldn't blame me for walking. He kept making it a point that he did not have time. I feel he did not want to help me. I know you have cameras. Please review fottage from 8/31/18 around 3:40 PM.

Place a order online August 6, 2018 my order was cancelled August 7, 2018 no reason why I got a email saying I would receive my refund within 1 to 3 business which has turned to over 10 business days I have repeatedly called different take on every end mostly trying to blame the bank upset cause I wouldn't called the bank for them I said it took two minutes to take my money but such a hard time to refund I done been talked rude to by representative hung up on I have them my order number know they need a pin number what that got to do with my money being refunded and charging a late fee on prepaid accounts first time I ever on a prepaid account
