Crew Carwash review: Broken wiper blade on back of 10 honda odyssey

Went threw car wash on July 9, 2023. Exiting carwash noticed blade on back window was damaged. Talked with management with the understanding everything would be fixed. I had to wait 2 weeks for the Pacific estimate. While waiting blade scratches window. Bill is 1314.56 not happy way I'm getting treated for crews mishaps. Just won't my van fixed and don't think in no way have to except less.

Desired outcome: Van fixed like it was before arriving
