Credit Sesame review: My account was closed since February 2025 with a balance of $8,002 and until date they refused to release or refund my money

On 13/02/2025 I made a transaction of $8000 from my FNBT into my sesame cash builder account and everything was successful until on 20/02/2025 when I tried checking my account only to find out it’s been closed with out my notice and I reached out to them to refund the money back into my account or send me a check but they said they can’t that I should call my bank to recall the money back and I reached out to my bank to recall the money back but my bank said once the money is delivered it can’t be returned for if it’s against there policy and I reached out to credit sesame but they keep on insisting that my bank should call for a refund even after telling them what my bank said…I have reported this case more thank 20 times but credit sesame refuses to release my funds even after 1year of holding my money…they sent me a link to upload my id card which I did but up till now they said they can’t release my money …note no one has access to my account except me and no fraudulent transaction or activities was done on the account but credit sesame locked the account and still held my funds
