CPR/First Aid CertificationMisleading

I needed to get re-certified for my job. I had found the First Aid Web.Com website which offered the CPR/First Aid online course. I finished the tests and put it on my credit card. I didnt feel comfortable about the situation when all I received was a piece of paper with a "order number" yet there was nothing explaining what they charged my credit card or the amount they had charged to my credit card. I then clicked on "Contact" and just received a box with a simple pop up with a box to reply. I replied with " Can I get a phone number to speak with someone about the situation"?. I received a response with " your answer is not clear can you elaborate on the situation"?. I then responded with " I am not feeling very good about this web site. I need a copy of my renewal cpr/first aid course now for proof at work. I cant believe the email I recieved back. It was written just like this without capital letters in the beginning of sentences or just the tone of the email.

"why should it matter to us what you need NOW? if you wanted your cetification NOW you either could have ordered it last week or you could have ordered it by download. poor planning on your part does not constitute am emergency on our part.
and actually, WE dont like YOUR attitude-what makes you think youre entitled to more than what youve paid for ? your order has beem canceled and your funds have been returned to your credit card. please take your business elsewhere. good bye".

I did contact my credit card establishment to inform them of the scam. I need to check if they have actually returned my funds!!!

I tried a new place " " and they were great!!! I now have all my renewals for CPR/First Aid/AED and submitted them to my Supervisor. The final cost was only $32.95 and that also included the AED certification that First Aid Web didnt even offer. I hope this helps someone else. God Bless
