CPC HOLDING/International in Durham. This company was reccommended all over sites in 2011 stating that they could get money back from dealing with MRI, MacAnthony Real Estate, for failure to deliver furniture packs, late completion on off plan property etc. I have not received a penny. They are supposed to be a legal firm that can act if you have been a victim of fraud but they provide no evidence that they have quailified solicitors in this field, UK or Internationally, to act in such cases. They are just more chancers that delay the progress of a real chance to claim compensation. Fed up with off shoots of MRI messing us around. Can anyone proove a payout through CPC Holdings, if not i think you are just staff posting to get a commission. I think the no win no fee was to convince us not to use a real legal firm with genuine lawyers. My research shows a company on Money Saving Expert that people have been looking into as well. Any genuine & true replies will be gladly welcomed.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Her case is repeatedly delayed had a few 10 minute hearings at Eurhma crown court & Newcastle crown court & still this slippery evil psychopath is walking free looking more & more like a police deal back in 2015 & a coverups because she was spiking my drinks held me hostage 10years with threats to harm me and harm my adult kids if I left so she could get at my life savings & use me as a free work slave! Durham CID we’re investigating but Durham police denied me help and all her frauds and nasty friends on my crime reports! It’s under the name Elizabeth Crozier in The northern Echo & other North east papers! Others came forward and reported her after I started posting her ugly face on my Twitter accounts you can search @Drdoolittles & @Durhampolice & her name or my other account @Truthcampaigns time she is held accountable she’s a true psychopath driven insane by her greed for other peoples money! I’m having to do constant complaints to Durham police who deny everything and lie and she is stalking my social media accounts along with her nasty gangs of bully boys! I’ll get them to act or I’ll continue to expose them all! O won’t give up now one way or another police will be made to do their jobs and need to protect the victims and not the criminals!

I forgot about this notice board and just found it again. Yes the trial was due January 2022 but there has been a delay and I dont yet know the date. I am a victim and key witness. Will keep you posted and happy to meet any of you in Durham during the trial (after my testimony of course). Do any of you have contact details for the Spanish Authorities who originally attempted extradition? My witness statement to Durham Police was on 22/11/2016. I hope none of you were defrauded after that date? I am a victim of Crozier and having been cooperating with Durham Police in her arrest. She will shortly be facing trial hopefully by end 2018. I am trying to ascertain if the extradition attempt in 2016 was the first time UK authorities knew about her. Did it take 8 years from the time she fled Spain to 2016 for the Spanish to investigate and take action?
Ill not be satisfied with less than 5 years behind bars.

She lives in Durham UK at the moment. This from a local new article: A 59-year-old woman has appeared at court accused of swindling more than £205, 000 out of several victims after claiming she was a specialist in recovering money lost in the housing market.
Elizabeth Crozier, of Taylor Court, Carrville, Durham, appeared before HH Judge James Adkin yesterday for a total of 11 counts of fraud. She pleaded not guilty to all charges.
The instances of fraud are alleged to have taken place between October 2011 and December 2017.
One victim claims to be more than £45, 000 out of pocket, another £37, 995.
Ms Crozier was given unconditional bail and will appear for trial at Durham Crown Court on June 7, 2021.
Not sure what happened in June but I will investigate. I have lots of other info that I need to pass to the police I think. Not sure sharing on here is the best idea. I too would like to see her behind bars for a long time!
The trial in June 2021 didn't go ahead for some reason. (I suspect she didn't turn up). A new 10 day trial is scheduled for 10th Jan 2022 in Durham Crown Court, UK. Fingers crossed it goes ahead.
Hi @zac21 the trial has been moved to a hearing on the 21st Jan. The one in June didn't go ahead due to covid.

Yes I'm calling CPS.. her defence now says she needs an expert accountant! They've had a year to raise that.. She knows courts are backed up 12 months..its just a delay tactic. I'm trying to contact Guardia Civil and encourage them to extradite her.

Just spoken the Court and they have too many listed for tomorrow so she has been moved to the 25th Jan.

The owner who calls herself Nikki Crozier is actually called Audrey Dixon and used to run a real estate company in Spain. She absconded with millions of euros of clients money and failed to appear in court in Spain. The Spanish are trying to extradite her and there is an extradition hearing in Westminster Magistrates Court on 30th Aug. She is currently on bail.
