Cost Cutters review: haircut

I had my hair cut today 6/5/19 and the lady completely butchered my bangs. They were cut at least an inch above my eyebrows and they are all uneven. I then spoke with the manager who told me my hair would grow back. No one seemed to care as they did not apologize or offer any kind of refund. I am so embarrassed by my new haircut and there is no way I would use this business again, which is a shame as I have been a customer for several years and I have never had any issues prior to this incident. If I were a hairdresser I would've been embarrassed to have someone leave my shop looking like this. The hairdresser also made sure my bangs were wet so it wouldn't be as noticeable.
