Cornerstone Services

I hired Cornerstone Services for a fencing and deck job that was supposed to start in September and be finished in about 3 weeks. However, the project ended up dragging on until December due to many delays and a lack of communication. Then, in April , I had another project done by a different company. When the city inspector came to check it out, they told me that no permit had been obtained for the deck. I immediately reached out to the owner, ***, who admitted that his employees had forgotten to get the permit. He promised to do whatever it took to fix the problem. On April 21st, I sent Cornerstone the information from the city about how to resolve the issue, but I haven't heard back from them and the problem remains unresolved.
