Cornerstone Pros review: Came for annual inspection of normally working unit, now ac not working

I got phone call to schedule annual AC check by cornerstone pros because I pay for their membership @9.99 monthly. My AC unit is working fine without any problems until this annual service visit . It’s been 2 days and NOW AC NOT WORKING.

In the past I had Reme halo installed by them and PremierOne UV as well installed by them. They recommended to have both installed. After their service installation of premierone uv, some sound always comes from unit (which was not present before), I observed it in past but they wanted to charge service fee for it, they wouldn’t care.

Everytime they come home in the name of annual checkup they recommend something on a normally working unit, and making you feel like without that service/part we are likely to have problem.
