Can someone call me [protected], I sent a complaint and it was wrong but I imputed the wrong number

I had a severe issue with one of your reps. I will try and make it brief. I have spent $100.00's of dollars on your products buying for 2 homes and gifts for my kids. the last one my brother bought the latest huge pan the one with top and bottom can be used in the oven or on top of each other can't think of the name right now. my brother bought it for a Christmas gift for me and also took advantage of the air fryer but he upgraded the air fryer. I used it for the first time on new years but after the first batch off fish, it stopped working. I waited a week and tried again but nothing. I called your customer service and this Diane lady treated me like I was dirt. informed me it there was a 60 day warranty and that nothing she could do. rude as heck to me. I called again and someone did help me but said they can do me a one time favor but I had to pay to ship it back now I did but it cost me more than the machine was worth and with ALL the money I spend on copper chef I could not believe someone didn't help me. please call

    For the most part I love my copper chef, I have a cabin and my primary home and have nothing but copper chef but this last year my brother bought me the big one can't think of the name the top and bottom can be used for cooking the huge one well he was giving a choice to get a free air fryer. He even upgraded it and paid for shipping. I used it for the first time on new years eve. I put some fish in which first batch turned out good, but when I went to make a second batch it wouldn't work. I let it stand for a few days and tried again. Nothing. I now called customer service and this diane woman said I am sorry but your warranty was up in 60 days. It was a christmas gift. So wasn't getting anywhere with her so I called back and got someone else they made an exception one time exception but I had to ship it back. This cost me more than my brother paid for the upgrade and shipping the first time. I have never been so disappointed in copper chef's staff. I would like a call back from someone. I buy a lot for my cabin my kids and my primary home. They couldn't send me a new fryer. Please someone call me [protected]

    I received the Copper Chef Model KMT-01 for Christmas and it stopped working.
