Copper Chef review: 10" copper chef frying pan

Bought this pan after seeing the commercial about the non stick and not having to use oil or grease. Unfortunately, the first thing I cooked was eggs, they stuck. I read the instructions which indicated that when cooking eggs a little oil may be needed. I tried again with oil and the eggs still stuck to the pan. Trying to eliminate oil and grease from a diet would be impossible with this pan.

Even with I fried hamburgers (which contained fats) and sausage, my food still stuck to the pan. I now have little marks in the pan where the coating is scratched and am afraid the more I use the pan the more the coating may be coming off in my food.

I am thoroughly disappointed with this product and cannot return it to the store where purchased because it's been a while and I didn't keep the receipt. The store may be able to go back on my purchase history, but I do not feel that this is their responsibility. I will just chalk it up as a lessoned learned.

Rest assured, I will not be purchasing any more Copper Chef products.
