FirstService Residential review: Kenesha Shepherd at Royal Highlands is the WORST.

I have complained about her before to no avail. But, now she is a NAZI employee and she is just an employee. She is not management materials, as she constantly upsets residents and this is a senior community. Many residents have health issues and she upsets them terribly and causes them undo stress. She needs to GO down the highway and right away. Besides First Service has the worst rating of any HOA. You may have some people fooled but not many anymore. HOW terrible of YOU people to make senior citizens upset in the old age and have them put up with her. She must be a DEI employee. If so, give her bathroom duty. Royal Highlands, Leesburg, FL How are people suppose to retain their property values with a witch like her in the office. She never answers the phone nor does she return emails. I doubt she even talks to residents when they attempt to get in the office, which she keeps locks. I know she doesn't like old people. My name is Diane Binder and this is a formal complaint.
