CoolerDepot review: Open air commercial cooler

I purchased a open air cooler from Cooler depot. The cooler arrived, it was stainless steel looked very nice. I had technicians install the cooler. The first couple of weeks were good, and then it started to not hold temperature. I told them to lower the curtain peridically during the day that worked for about a week, and then the cooler was not working at all.
I called the rep in California that I had talked to about the cooler (no answer the first few times) I finally got ahold of him explained to him what had happened, he took my number down and said he would get back to me. That has been well over a month ago. I will never purchae anything from this company again
