Please be very careful about the new house located at 11 Corell Road in Scarsdale NY. The house was built over a potentially toxic landfill that was formed in the 1930s. I just found this information from Scarsdale Town Hall. This could be a problem for you and your family. There are plenty of properties available. Why take the risk of off gassing and leakage? I know we found a different house.

This contractor promised us a quality job at a reasonable price. Everything that was promised to us was a lie. The workmanship was poorly done, his subs barely showed up on time and Eilon was argumentative at every step of the project. Now my house is a mess and I have to get someone else in to clean what Eilon did wrong. Please read all of the reviews on line about this contractor and be careful.

Knowingly puts employees in harms way. Ie not telling them when they are working w espestice, & lead. bob does not give his employees proper protection from this & also has knowingly dumped espestice in residential neighborhoods without cleaning it up.
