Don't Hire this guy! Big talker with little talent. Poured concrete work at my home and directed water to an undersized drain he installed and water rolls over it and now enters my home. Not only is the drain undersized its also directed up hill and not connected to any type of french drain in either direction. A pillar at the back on my home was also knocked out of place and my roof is now sits unsupported. Finally had this guy show up to discuss these issues and he admitted fault but claims its a matter of opinion. I trusted a friends recommendation without checking BBB...big mistake! Don't Hire him...big loser looking for a quick buck.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Had this company install a cement slab and it was pitched so that now the water flows directly into the house. Discoloration on the surface. Very uneven see picture. Cements was all over pavers house windows...a complete disaster. When the level showed that the cement was crooked. builder wanted to ad some epoxy. Only true way to fix is to rip out and repour. Wish me luck I am out $7500. Do your research, cement is permeant. This has been a complete nightmare.
This guy Joe is real piece of trash. He sued a contractor who is doing work on a house that I sold to someone back in March of 2016. he said he found my name on the city records so he included me and my son.I spoke to him he said he would get my name off of the lawsuit. now he won't answer the phone or text. He text me that his attorney was going to dismiss us without prejudice on July 8. the only problem is he dosn't have an attorney. He filed the suit himself. Now I have to waste my time and go to court to show the judge the settlement sheet to prove I didnt own the house when the work was done. I wouln't hire him to do anything.
This guy is an absolute disgrace. I contracted for a 42" walkway, I got a 36" walkway' There was supposed to be a side pad of concrete 3'x3' next to the back sidewalk. That never happened. The contractor shows up to take the deposit and leaves a couple of guys to do the work. He does not show up again until he wants more money. His crew tries to take every shortcut they can. They were supposed to lay 4" of stone and 4" of concrete. I got 2" of each. My neighbor recommended him, now they have nothing but complaints about his work also.
If you want the job done right don't even think about hiring this guy.
