I bought 5 warranties for 5 different appliances. The one time I had to use the extended warranty on my 14 month old Frigidaire wall oven, it took almost a year to get it repaired and I was required to pay $20 for a repairman to complete the initial inspection. Although I was told the $20 would be reimbursed, I sent the invoice in as requested and asked several times about the payment, I was totally ignored. Not to mention that my family had to endure Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter without the use of our oven. This company did not respond to or care about the customer.

Now they are contacting me, trying to get me to extend the warranties. HA!

Recommendation: Avoid this company!
