Concentra

Smyrna, TN Office. I was sentenced to go to Concentra for a DOT Physical/Drug Screen. Knowing that I was going to have to urinate in a bottle, I hydrated thoroughly before going. By the time I arrived, I needed to use the restroom. I explained to the receptionist that I am a 60 year old man, and I can't "hold it" like I used to, and I asked if I could go ahead and do the drug test first (to relieve myself), and I would be happy to wait for the physical, which she said would take 1.5 - 2 hours to be seen.

The receptionist replied that both procedures are completed at the same time, and I couldn't do the drug test until I was called back for the physical. I guess they expected me to relieve myself in the waiting room restroom, and then 'pee on-demand' when I was called back for the physical. After waiting two hours, I told them just to remove me from the queue, and I was out of there.

I turned the job down the next day when HR asked me to go back and try again. I will never use Concentra again - Even if that includes losing a job over it. Horrible people, horrible experience, horrible company.
