Listen everyone, don't EVER play any games by Zynga! They are a shifty company and they hire computer hackers! Let me give you my horrible story. I started playing farmville on facebook because some of my co-workers had it, and I then started playing Vampire Wars. I was playing them for a few days, getting kinda good, I NEVER ENTERED ANY PERSONAL INFO or MY BANK ACCOUNT INFO. My husband and I are very wary about credit card theft since it has happened to us before and was a nightmare. Well, last Saturday morning, after checking the bank account, we found that Zynga Games had taken out $406.00 out of our bank account! First off how? We never entered any info in, or gave them permission for anything. Obviously someone working for them hacked into our computer and took our bank account info and charged the $406.00. We are sick to our stomachs trying to get the money back we so desperately need. My husbands birthday is next week, and I was planning on buying him a PS3, but now since we just lost over $400.00, his birthday is looking grim. We are considering hiring a lawyer to get our money back if Zynga doesnt co-operate. Again, don't trust them, its not even safe to PLAY THEIR GAMES like I did. Thats how we got hacked.

Same here! Out of the blue Zynga charges me $25, and trust me, these days ppl don't have $25 to spare. I was going to call the bank to block any charge coming from them but I'm trying this first. Tomorrow it will be the bank.

So not happy!

I use to play Zynga Poker online with a friend via my phone and tablet. And one day I check my bank account, and $199.99 + $199.99 + $20.00 + $20.00 + $20.00 + $20.00 was missing. (My bank doesn't accept transactions and calls me if I go 20 miles away and spend $50.00, but $480 over 1, 000 miles away doesn't raise any red flags) And my bank told me that I PAID FOR POKER CHIPS THROUGH MY XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT. Thing is. Zynga and XBOX have nothing to do with each other. I filed a Reg-E Claim and bank insisted I did it. They had some crazy ajqpppplkm@ username and some IP address. So I had to get XBOX to email a report that stressed that my username, account, IP address, on these charges were not mine and that the charges were all falsified and fraudulent. I also had to send pictures of all of my device IP addresses.
So I destroyed cards and had new ones ordered and got all my money back. I still have no clue how my credit card info was stolen by using a free app. But that was March 2015 and in April 2015 my Discover Card was hit too. And in October my other Visa Credit Card was hit. I've been refunded for all of it. And I still have no clue how it's happening. I don't shop online. I use pre paid cards from stores for Google Play, XBL etc... RARELY.
Only thing I can figure is my phone is hacked. No matter the security and phone wipes. Anyhow DO NOT USE ANY REAL INFORMATION ON ZYNGA! Don't even install Zynga. If you have Zynga and stumbled on this topic, uninstall it and check your bank statements for the last months you can remember while having Zynga. Good Luck. Sorry for rambling.

Ive been playing zynga poker for months on my Android smart phone then out of no where i get 5 separate emails from google play store saying your zynga chip purchase has been successful for the sum of $99 per transaction =$496usd. NEVER PURCHASED OR.RECURVED ANY POKER CHIPS so I instantly called zynga told them I never purchased any chips they said their records site different but will investigate it and get back to me waited 24 hrs I heard nothing from zynga nor did I receive any chips. So I called google aka google wallet told then my situation and that I never authorized any purchase so within 1hr google play store delt with zynga and my money was back on my debit/credit card thank god for google. Long story short zynga is a scamming company who its very dishonest and obviously steals peoples info. I know now why zynga had.so many permission request when downloading their zynga poker app their out to upload all the info and passwords on peoples phones. All I can say I was lucky to get my money back thanks to google but never never play or download any zynga game it causes more trouble then its worth. Zynga should be sued and shut down with this kind if shady behavior also very off topic but to top it off I come to find out the zynga poker game is rigged to make even the most seasoned Texas hold em player lose. Down with zynga!

Ihave been playing frontierville for a while. I am doing a winter mission, it says visit 20 neighbors, and I did, and it is not giving me the credit for visiting the neighbors.

I would also like to add on that thread that they are claiming the issue has been resolved and it has nothing to do with your items, coins or homes. the matter about nieghbors is a completely different issue within the tagged matter.

As of May 15th 2010 Zynga has removed its game Yoville from a social network known as Tagged. They had said all your items, coins or homes would not be lost and would be able to be transfered (plus some additional coins and a rare item) to your existing or new account on facebook.

Yoville has virtual currency that is purchased with REAL money so that you can buy pixelated items and homes for your yoville account. So please understand that the majority of players are adults who pay to play.

Zynga is refusing to respond or resolve this issue about getting there items, coins or homes back. Weeks have gone by and still no response to paying customers who are FURIOUS!

Yoville's forum is strictly monitored and threads about this issue (and any issue for that matter) are ignored and un-resolved or deleted by moderators. The only thread available to read about this topic is here.

http://www.yoville.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=717570

Yoville is trying to escape its liability to transfer any items, coins or homes to those who have had them on tagged.

This is WRONG! Zynga is not only extremely greedy but also VERY dishonest. I would NOT recommend anybody to purchase anything what so ever from zynga!

I was hit today. Six $1.00 charges and Six $75.00 charges. I called the Zynga and of course they are investigating. Contacted my bank but as above they have to wait until the charges have posted. I cancellled debit card and once the charges post I will have to go to back and file 12 separate claims and then go to the police station to file report.

If your credit card number has been stolen to buy Zynga internet games, first of all call the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) at [protected] and file a rep0rt, then file a complaint with the IC3 (Internet Crimes Commission) at ic3.gov. Hope this helps.

I got hit this weekend... six charges of $1.00 (I guess this is the first step to make sure the bigger transaction will go through) followed by three charges of $20 and three charges of $150. I have no doubt that three more debits of $150 would have been forthcoming had I not caught it today. I called Zynga and got the same story as above, it's being "investigated". I also contacted my bank (BofA). They said they can't do anything until the charges are posted, but they did give me some confidence that they'd have my back... we'll see. What a shame this can happen...

They overcharged me $ 20.00, gave me a minimal number of points on Mafia Wars which I had stopped playing because of the abuse of my credit card. They keep "elevating" the complaint but will not refund the money nor give me any points for the other two games I'm playing. I am considering just dropping all their games, contacting the BBB, and complaining on any boards online that will unmask this fraud.
