We recently purchased a Sony RX100 camera from Zoom Electronics, they shipped us what looks like a Chinese knock-off. The camera is unusable as the controls and interface are all in Chinese, as is the battery charger too. It did not include any instructions either.
Please assist us in the following ways:
1)We would appreciate you assist us in getting a refund.
) Please ensure this company is added to your black list.

I too had a problem with centre drone and Amazon. I purchased a Camera for my son for Christmas and when I received it notice that the attachments were all cheap knock off's that were made in China. I sent the whole box back and sent her drone only gave me an 80% credit claiming that I use the camera. The camera box was never even opened. As soon as I saw the attachments I knew that this was not the right gift.
I have been unrelenting with Amazon and centre drone to no avail. When I tried to post comments on Amazon and centre drones web site for my review I was told by Amazon that my review did not follow certain criteria and therefore they could not post it . The whole experience has been extremely disappointing I work hard for my money and it is wrong when other people feel it's right to just take it.
Buyer beware, Zooom Electronics changed there name to Center Drone.
I am currently going through a problem myself with Zooom Electronics and Amazon.ca for being mislead into a purchase. I purchased a Tamron lens from them less than a year ago. This month had problems with the lens freezing up my camera. After doing some research on the problem myself I learned that the lens had to be sent to Tamron Canada for a possible firmware update. This shouldn't have been a problem because Tamron offers a 6 year warranty on there lenses, but I was then told by Tamron Canada wasn't able to honor the warranty. The reason was Zooom Electronics are not a recognized Tamron dealer and that they had sold me a grey/international market lens. If I had known this in the first place I would never had purchased this lens from them. Plus there was nothing on the add stating that they are a third party seller and the lens is a grey market one.
I have been mislead in my purchase and when asked about getting a refund I am getting a run around.
They told me they would fix it, so when I asked how they would do this and with what parts they never answered my question. This is because the Tamron lenses have to go to Tamron Canada/USA or Japan, they do all the work with trained professionals and do not sell/or give parts out to anyone!
So I ask how do you think they can fix a Tamron lens?
I am very upset now knowing that there has been a lot of others having trouble with Zooom Electronics and Amazon seems to be doing nothing to help/protecting their customers.
I have plenty of emails from Tamron Canada that goes against everything that Zooom Electronics has and hasn't told me!
