Zazzle / impossible to contact zazzle!
I purchased some items four weeks ago and my order hasn't arrived yet, despite their guarantee of 7 days shipping. Zazzle charged my credit card four weeks ago. Their customer service is not available on the phone, line is always busy. Then I sent them a message and received a reply stating they are aware about my claim, and promised to do something about that. But they never did anything and even stopped answering my emails. I'm very upset and don't know what to do. I want my money back, but it is impossible to contact Zazzle!
