Cannot speak to a person about a billing for Yves Rocher. Mother in-law is in nursing home and I am trying to get all of her finances in order and the billing does not state the date or what billing is for. Cannot get information needed to get this taken care of. She does not remember getting this product and has paid in duplicate in the past for products already received. Would somebody ( a real live person - please) contact us in reference to this. You can not talk to automation and get a response. Its keep on paying or nothing at all.
