Avoid the company www.troytec.com. I have purchased one item in August and they confirmed the purchase only. After 2 weeks I still haven’t received the email that the order was ready. I emailed them more than 10 times and got the response that the item hasn’t been ready. The seller only asked me to wait 10 days and they would ship it, but 10 days later the same story. Don’t visit this website and don’t buy from them.
i have been using troytec.com for past 5 years and have nothing but good reviews regarding them . each exam i bought from them, passed it on first try . they are the premier provider of IT products and iam extremely happy with their services
They are trying to cheat me .. please suggest how to raise consumer complaint against Troytec.com. It’s already four month over and every time they are saying that you will get your refund soon. Till date I did not get any refund. I have written 100 emails but every time same response. After reading all above comments I have realized that this is very big cheater company and we all should raise complaint against him

Bad luck didn't check this blog before and had same problem, just been told wait 10 days and 12 days ... never receive my order .

Beware friends, Troytec and Terry are a big Fraud and Cheat.
They took my money and never delivered the products, instead offered me another one.
They sent all useless dumps of no use.
Lost my money exam fees and six months in waiting.
Now those people are stopped replying and denying the refund.
So my advice stay away and don't loose money.
DONT buy from TROYTEC OR CERTMAGIC.COM, The are A FRAUD YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY.

I have ordered on August 5th and still did not receive the exam E_HANAINS142. Every time I hear the excuse for two and one weeks. It is now more than Six weeks and I have not receive the test yet.
