MovieStarPlanet ending auto pay

I am shocked that a company of this size does not share a way to reach customer service.

We have been billed via auto pay for over a year and I had noticed it a month ago. When I went to my daughter's account, it says we are not on auto pay and as such there is no way to stop auto payment that way.

I reached out to my credit card company and put a stop payment and launched a dispute.

I encourage everyone that is having such issues to post on twitter. These sort of companies need to learn a lesson on how to treat customers.

MovieStarPlanet this website isn't safe!

My little sister used to play on this website, but then she started telling me about some horrible things that happened with her. She said that she received creepy messages from a man. He told: „I'm coming to get you!” Then her profile was hacked and someone changed her status. A message on her status said: „Now I'm coming to get you in real life!” I joined this site ad contacted the customer support but they didn't provide any help. My sister also told that she received several messaged asking her address and phone number. This website isn't safe and it is really dangerous! There are many thieves on the site! Don't let your kids play on this website!

usually people are smart enough to know not to give their [censored]ing address to some random perv they met on a game, likewise too, they're smart enough to block the person BEFORE it gets out of hand.

MovieStarPlanet the moderators blocked the access and no idea how to get money back

We paid for the membership on the website www.moviestarplanet.com. We used it for games, movies and it was ok within one week. But one day the moderators simply blocked my access and there was no way to restore all the data and access. We tried to contact online agents or moderators, but all our efforts were completely useless. We lost rather large sum for the membership and have no idea if we could get it back.

MovieStarPlanet my daughter paid £10.49 for a months vip status they have taken the payment but she not been made a vip.

I updated my daughters movie star planet" purpel and pink girl "account with a months VIP costing £10.49 on Tuesday 6th Jan 15, and although they were quick enough to take the money off of her itunes account they did not make her a VIP.

After 24hrs I contacted moviestar planet letting them know what had happend, ( that was on Wed am), it is now Fri evening and I have not heard anything, not even a email to say they have got it.

My daughter is very upset, as this was birthday money she had put on it, and enjoys playing the game, but if this is not resolved she will not be playing it any more.

I hope you can help me with this matter

I am rather mad about this, seeing my daughter getting asked for her phone number, kik, or even for nudes! then after the guy hacked her! when she tried getting it back they had already deleted it! her new account is now =Lemonette= and i think she deserves more, she has been treated poorly and has been harassed! DO SOMETHING OR ELSE.

MovieStarPlanet vip

Purchased 1 month vip Wednesday it is now Friday. Money gone from account but no vip. Have tried resolving via emailing customer support, Not helpful at all.

They are requesting a full receipt number, and the last 4 digits of my card.

I only have a code that came up on screen along with a message that told me to contact customer support. according to the 3 people I have spoken to at MVP Support this is not enough. they need proof of purchase. I am sure a code containing several numbers and the letters GB should mean something along side my card details But they just keep messaging me the same email back over and over. even after I told them this is all I have.

Really not happy it is theft to be perfectly honest. They have taken money from my account and haven't given me anything for it.

MovieStarPlanet worst game ever!

I've been a member of moviestarplanet or msp for 3 years now. I used to love the game and i did buy vip on it. My account i have been using is over a year old now and i still buy vip on it. I'm 15 and i know i am probably too old for the game but eh. I just like to say that the game changes people so much. I remember one night i was in a chatroom and there was this user swearing about alot of things later she said she was 10! And i play the uk server so i'm not sure about the others but theres so much rudeness on there. On forums theres users making forums about periods. Dirty stories. Laughing at people with cancer. Making fun of othee users. I find theres lots of brats on it too. People who think they are higher up than other people with smarmy comments on forums. Msp had a hashtag system that failed to work as users can still swear just changing the spelling. It has alot of glitches that are annoying as hell. And the high levels, Non of them are friends to be honest. They are the main cause of bullying and teams, If you are a player you would know what i mean. The chatban system was pretty pointless because users can still communicate by writing on walls and making chat forums. I could on forever. The site is pretty bad now considering it was a great site in 2011.

MovieStarPlanet being hacked

I was hacked and all my things were changed I am very miffed. I left having 86 of my school friends on it. I have returned to find that I only have 5 school friends on it. This is an important situation. It has to be stopped. Coins also were a problem as it took ages to save up 1673 coins and again when I have come on again I have 26 coins. I have set up 21 accounts now. All have been hacked. Sort it out.

I'm not sure when this issue occurred but I have never heard of Movie Star Planet in my entire life until now. There are purchases that have been made on 05/06, 05/17, 05/17, 05/18, and 05/19. If possible I would like to request for a full refund.

MovieStarPlanet bad website and a lot of rude, unpleasant words are used there

I want to warn all parents that the website www.moviestarplanet.com is bad place for kids. They members used rude and swear words and this game isn’t suitable for kids. Be aware of that. My daughter played this game and when I heard the conversation, I was horrified. We need to stop this website and block it. Please, post comments about your attitude towards this website. Really horrible.

My daughter has been on MSP for 1 year, yet I've never seen the chat messages with bad language. There had been artbooks of sex, but you must use the report system. Maybe you're right about the website, but I kind of disagree with your complaint.

MovieStarPlanet have no idea why they've charged me

I received phone bill, which stated that the company Movie Star Planet charged me for $100. I have no idea for what services, but I called them and a rude lady refused to return money or explain for what they charged me. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice or help me to return money?

Someone hacked into my daughter's account after purchasing VIP status. The hacker stole her account and changed the email address. I cannot talk to a customer service representative because it is an out of country website. I will report this website to all complain websites so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.
