We ordered a special gift for our friend from the company www.goldbely.com. We have chosen the date and the rep told us that it was available. We paid for the surprise and got the confirmation info, but the rep contacted us one day before our selected day and cancelled everything. He hasn’t even explained why. It was inapt and we tried to get more info from them, but it was impossible. We won’t advise this place.

    I apologize if you had that experience, that is not how we like our customers to feel. If we ever have to cancel or modify an order, our practice is to communicate this via phone or email and we always offer an alternative option. I don't know the circumstances around this specific order, but if you contact us directly at support@goldbely.com with your original order number, we can dig a little deeper and figure out the nature of this miscommunication. I'm sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused, we look forward to resolving this as quickly as possible for you.
