Very poor 🤒
We don't know much about how FiltersFast handles customer complaints outside ComplaintsBoard, but what we see here, on our website, is quite disappointing. We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. But until that happens, we ask reviewers to be cautious when dealing with FiltersFast and using their services, and to carefully read the experiences of other customers on ComplaintsBoard, because who is warned is armed, you know! 💪

FiltersFast shameful customer service

I bought a water filter replacement cartridge. After 8 days, a box came with something completely different from what I ordered. Because I was going to be gone for a business trip the next week, I asked them to expedite a replacement product to me asap (so my family isn't stuck with low water pressure and a non-functioning water filtration system for the week that I'm gone). It took 12 days for that second package to arrive! And it would've taken longer if they hadn't changed the shipping to 2 day shipping. So let's do the math:

If the package arrives 12 days after they told me they'd expedite a new filter and it was shipped with 2 day delivery, then it took their company 10 days to go from responding to a customer service email to putting the filter in a box.

I came home from my business trip to even lower water pressure, a still non-functioning water filtration system, and a rather uncomfortable family.

I will never buy from Filters Fast ever again.

On Hold to speak to customer service 1 hour 48 mins and no support. I dont think there are any agents working. Fast Filters is NOT fast. They suck. Ordered a dam filter for the pool and they took the money out of my account 2 days later and 9 days later I'm still waiting for them to ship it the filter. Cant open the pool without the filter.

I agree. The CS is terrible! they do not admit to mistakes and do not make refunds quickly or in full!

FiltersFast don't pay for the faster delivery, it wasn't fast and on time

I bought water filter from www.filtersfast.com. When I placed the order, it was mentioned that simple delivery would take a week, but faster delivery would cost me about $50 and I would get the order within 3 business day. Of course, I decided to pay and get the order back, but the seller got wrong all dates and shipped my order and provided info that the estimated delivery was about 15/9. I asked about refund, but the seller stopped to reply at all.

FiltersFast seller sent wrong order and within 6 months we couldn't solve the problem

I ordered refrigerator filter from the company www.filtersfast.com. 2 months later, the seller provided me wrong order. I contacted him and asked to change the order, and I heard only promises. After that I waited couple of weeks, but got nothing. I waited 4 months, but the seller didn’t provide my ordered stuff and no refund as well. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

FiltersFast total rip off and bank account was fake

I recently had the worst experience with www.filtersfast.com. I bought refrigerator filter, but the seller provided the bank account and advised me to transfer money through the Western Union. After that I of course haven’t received any news about my order. Also I couldn’t reach the seller. I went to my bank and asked to check this bank account, but it turned out that they could track it. It was rip off. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this ###.

Never let them get you credit card number or they will just keep sending you things that you didn't order and have no use for. They will then tell you that you have to pay to return it. What a scam!

FiltersFast I returned damaged parts, but still no refund

Don’t buy from the scammers from www.filtersfast.com. I got damaged parts from them, and the seller told to pay for the return postage and provide the order ASAP, and only after that they would provide refund. I returned order, but these ### never returned my money. Total crap, so be aware of that and post comments if you had the similar situation with these jerks. It might be helpful for other customers as well.

Stop the emails. Their seems to be no way for past customers to end the daily email ads. The filters are undersized also. I would rather pay a little more for correctly sized filters and a company that will not pester me endlessly for more business. Don't buy from this company. I may never be able to stop their email ads.

I am not sure when I ordered the 2 filers for my fridge but I have yet to receive them.
Please help me find them!
I did not keep the confirmation number since I have ordered them before without problems. There is not a category to use to describer the situation that I am addressing.

I ordrered 2 filters on 9/15/15 reveived order confirmation via E-mail then a E-mail stating back orrdered for 11/15/15 I then called Filter Fast and spoke W/ Rep. stated it would take a week or so to receive backorder product then followed by an order cancelled, i then called Filter fast once again and Rep. stated no longer carrying my filter in their inventory.It took one month, two days to receive this information. Poor Service and bad customer service. Google should step away from endorsing Filter Fast. A Unhappy Ex Customer.
