Evine review: they didn't return my money back ( 2 comments)

When I ordered from the website www.evine.com, it was mentioned that the order was in stock. But 3 days later, they informed me that the order was out of stock. When I asked what I needed to do then, they didn’t respond. Now they ignore my messages and cancelled the order at all. I recently asked to return my money back, but they didn’t react to my emails and messages. No idea what measures to take now.

Tthey sold me a broken watch then try to charge me 50 buck to fix it 28 the ship then 28 to ship back then when i sent it back to get dix they return it the they gave me a nother watch in stand and didnt fix it the the watch was lesser quality and i wanted other watch fix cant now never buy anything from them ever

I return some defective items and they charge me shipping to and back for the defective item, I spent around $200.00 of different cosmetics and only received a refund for approx. $60.00.

This company is a scam and I am not going to purchase anything else from this company ever again. I have never received this kind of treatment with QVC and HSN.
