Evine review: evine live credit card

I'm really upset with Evine live. Every year they do a hard hit in my equifax credit report. I applied for the credit card which I understand there will be a credit inquiry but annually for no reason. I paid my card on time never late don't carry a balance. I closed Evine live credit card on August 1, 2017 for that reason. On August 18, 2017 and September 20, 2018, i see on my equifax hard hit credit inquiry WHY? I no longer have their card if I buy something I use my own credit card and again always pay for everything in time. Waiting to hear why this is happening
