I ordered and received a vest on 11-19. The item did not fit. When I contacted support, wish, I got a stock email asking for me to describe the problem, attach the shipping label and take a picture of the item.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in San Francisco, CA I've repeatedly told them the I do not have the shipping label and don't have the computer literacy to take a picture of the item. Wish will not send anything except this same email. They won't contact me. I'm VERY frustrated with this type of run around. Because of THEIR delay, I'm over the 30 limit to return the item. I doubt that I will ever purchase anything elese on their site and recommend others don't either.
