Wish.comproduct sent to wrong address

On 18 July 2018 I ordered a number of items from Geek. All to be delivered to my registered address - my PO Box at Strawberry Hills Post Office in Sydney. When one of these items failed to be delivered I notified Geek and was given a tracking number. The item associated with that tracking number had been delivered to Darlinghurst Post Office. When I contacted Geek to advise them I was told the 30 day complaints time frame had expired. I have since written to Geek on 5 occasions and provided the necessary proof but have been ignored.
