Wish.com unauthorized charges to card for order I never placed

I got an email saying payment was pending for a recent Wish order. I had not logged in for a long time and didn't even have the ap on my phone anymore so I though it was click bait. Good thing I checked anyway because supposedly I ordered 2 smart watch bands for $95! I would never have placed such an order! There is absolutely no way I could have accidentally placed any orders since I didn't have the ap and didnt log in! I even had to look up my password to get in and cancel the order! They were trying to charge the only card they had in my payment information, which was thankfully empty! Im sure customer support will ignore my demand for answers. Everyone seems to say they don't ever get a reply from them for anything. Now it seems obvious why!

Wish.com about my account

I Vickie Williams has wrote on your customer service support for many of times. About my account has change and I change the name on it, I have not gotten my refund on the item that was return. Nor have the money that is left on the account is not showing up on the account. You can email me at [protected]@gmail.com or call me at [protected] so that we can solve the problem.

Wish.com went through geek never received merchandise

i order a dvd player which consists in the everything all in one that connects to my computer it was 1st week in October I would like a refund the dvd all in one client #[protected] I would like a refund back on my card the it was 11$ shipping and handeling 31$ this is not the first time something like this has happening my master card ends in 9856 thnks robbinwhite

Wish.com +9 items lost, delivered to wrong address. customer support unresponsive.

Items are affordable but that comes at a high price. My experience using this app was terrible. Deliveries come most of the time after the expected date. I had +9 items lost, that were sent to an unknown incorrect address. Refunds are not easy to get in those cases. The UX of making claims is super bureaucratic. When you want to make a claim you never have an actual human customer representative to talk with and you have to make a new ticket per item. When there is an actual human and you explain that your issue and that you already checked in the surrounding areas, contacted post-office they just recommend you to do that as they were not listening to you. Nobody responds to emails. Contact information is hidden or not visible on their website. If you want to do refunds because of that, you can do with some but then your account is flagged and you cannot contact support anymore. There is no guarantee you will receive the actual items. I suspect that is part of their business model. I had been dealing with customer support for more than a month and the issue is still unsolved. I hope this helps new users. DO NOT USE WISH.com. I will only recommend this app to my worst enemy.

You will not accept my payment saying that you need a picture of my bank statement I do not have a bank statement I use a credit card and it's a government card that you have been taken from me for the last 2 years and all the sudden you won't accept my payment saying there is an issue with my account but I cannot get you to answer me what can I do about this I've got several things I was going to order if you don't want me to order from you again all you had to say don't tell me there's a payment issue I've never had a payment problem I've always paid you what is your problem that you need to fix the payment issue on your end because I have the money to pay you and you need to fix it now there are a other site that I can go to if you cannot fix my payment issue

Wish.com refunds

I ordered nine insulated cold canvas stripe picnic bags. I have received three and they are nothing like the picture and of poor quality nothing like I expected. This was my first order with wish I ordered because of the return policy, which states if not happy items can be returned. Wish refunded my money for the first 2 but when I requested a refund for the 3rd one my account has been flag as a frequent refund requester and abuser of their generous refund policy and I am blocked from communicating with them. If they are all the same of course I would request a refund for all. So much for honoring a policy.

I need to register a new card, I have tried by phone and I have tried by laptop trying to register is one hell of a job its so confusing especially when putting address down . You already send me parcels so have my address what is the problem you also have my email address as please can you let me know what is happenning

Wish.com aquarium decor from store zhanglong121

My name is Yesenia Molina, Ive requested a refund via email due to giltchy app and unreachable phone contact. To be clear I've emailed wish support two times now. This is highly upsetting not only was is it completely frustrating dealing with a giltchy app, but I can't even speak to an customer support agent directly? The app needs technical support I can't stress that enough. I would complete the refund request form which included a description and uploading images of my damaged packages every single time I would attempt to finish the form to send the refund request I'd giltchy out and if you ask me that is quite ironic. I tried multiple time for days possibly thinking the issues was on my end but it is Not. This is mind blowing when most people are tryying contact customer it is because there is a real reason! So much for "customer support".in my case I order from the store :‘zhanglong121' I purchased All 3 Sponagebob theme fish tank decor. Including sponagebobs house, squidwards house, and the krusty krab and I received all 3 BROKEN. This was personally upsetting given my daughter has been impatiently waiting to complete her tank. This is a ashame because I purposely ordered from this store because of the "positive" reviews which come to find out was a poor decision on my behalf. Not only could I hear all the broken peices rattling outside the package, but when opened to inspect it the simplest grasp/ touch at the material it would literally crumble away due to poor material which I'm pretty sure isn't safe no fish whatsoever. I know accidents like this happen due to transportation but this very well could have been prevented. Not even a single layer of bubble wrap instead each package was individually boxed in boxes that are barely big enough for the objects itself. If I am paying a shipping cost which I did. At the very lease I expect my package to arrive in some form of protected packaging to have prevent an incident like this. I need a complete refund as soon as possible. I do not want to reorder the order because I don't want to take any chances nor do I want to have my daughter waitting any longer. I have already purchased sponagebob theme decor from my local pet store, therefor I just need my money back quickly. And yet I still haven't even received a response for customer support agent directly. I have attached pictures of screenshots of order history and proff of the broken packages which I received on Nov 2nd, 2018. I've attached proof of order history and prof of the broken packages.

Wish.com luxury 360degree protection cover for iphone

I ordered luxury 360 degree protection shock proof cover for iphone 8. The expecting delivery date was Oct 16, 2018 then it was chaged to Oct 23, 2018z Today is Nov 10, 2018 and I never received this. I want to order other things but I am scared of using wish now as if your money will go like this, who will order on wish? Please contact me so I can continue using this app otheriwse I dont have trust now.

Wish.com bank fraud transaction debited

Extensive emails with Wish.com provide the following warning to consumers considering making a purchase from WISH's ridiculously cheap products offered online:

I appreciate when consumers take the time to prevent fraud and theft from happening to others. Make sure you're able to filter through comments people make before you choose not to buy from a seller. I can absolutely take a moment to add to this ridiculous amount of complaints of others who have had the exact same theft happen by WISH.com
They debited the amount from my account sent a receipt confirmation and detailed transaction of the items I had to order as a registered user only (no guest purchase option offered offering an additional layer of proof for me not them). The obvious bank fraud and theft of the transaction aside—I was extensively told in emails my order around 20 bucks total of 12 items I ordered "was shipped and shown on their end as received by me." I'm kinda slow, but not r/t e-shopping. Not only will they steal from your bank account, they will accuse you of trying to make up not getting the 1.00 items they sell and your bank will find it impossible to dispute. Try it. I'm sure you'll be the one out of all these warnings left on here besides mine who it doesn't happen to.

The promised delivery time was on 09 november 2018, and today we are on 10 November 2018 but still I didn't receive my product.

Wish.com sheet set

On Aug 31 an order was made and on several atempts I tried deligently to converse with WISH expressing I havent order this item . i received several emails from different reps Denzel, Josh, asking for pictures of the item .Never recieved all of my 44.20 I was sent 7.10 and another order for 7.20 which I did order I have yet to recieve the product or my money back ...Contacted Wish and it says it being Shipped but that in September.It is now November Please dont buy from this company.Goods are from China

Wish.com first time ordering

After registering with your company and completing my order I received a notification asking me to submit my bank statement showing past orders with your company and upload it in an email. How is this possible when I have just signed up with the company and placed a first order. Please let me know. Also, if this means my order is not coming, please be kind enough to let me know.

Wish.com payment issue

When I attempt to go to checkout and input my credit card information it says the site was having trouble processing my card. I waited a day before I tried again but the same thing came up so I was prompted to send an email to a representative and now everytime I try to go to checkout it says that they need to verify some information and prompts me to send an email to my personal email, which I have done various times already. I'm beginning to get frustrated here.

i did not received the item! i was told i will be refunded if i still did not received it on the estimated delivery! i attempted so many times vomminicating and to resolve this isue and i was promised that if i still dont receive it i will be refunded, but then when i sentvthem a message that i still did not receive it, they said i will not be refunded!i waited but until now, nothing! this is frustrating!

I have not purchase this order below, Someone got a hold of my account. This is Fraud and I notified the Fraud company and the bank. This purchase was credit to my bank account today [protected] in the amount of $398.00 with no authorization. Please cancel this purchase and do not charge the amount above from my bank account. I recall this is Fraud and it is being Investigated as I open Fraud investigation today [protected]. Please cancel this purchase and Remove me from wish, com account and all my information remove as well. I do not want to have anything to do with wish.com.

i order this idom, and have not recived at pick up not to the closest post office, and i got this three bill from a creditor company Klarna hwo i talk to many times! i haven godt my order, you have sendt out bills for the tird time and the amount is just developing! can yoy please check whwre this idom is, becous ihavent got it! and i should not pay for somthing a haven recived ringht!? my nr [protected] - pleas lett me know what has happen and why i havent got my idom and KLarna i still sending me bills for something i never recived from your company "wish". Just a horrible experince, i am writing behalf my of my family because they just being ignored, i am in absolute shocked they way they been treated, they gave up and did paid money but its just not fair at all, they purchased radio couple months ago from your addres from austria and this item was never reseived, and they been asked to pay money from klarna, from the begining they did refused to pay as they didnt reseived radio, they been calling and trying to explain that but no one was listening, asking to return the item if they dont want to pay it, but how they can return it if they havent reseived radio, in the end bill was coming up to 170 euros as a penelty from klarna, they were tired of fighting and they did paid, but its just absolutely ridiculous, i am just so angry that you are taking money from oldery people like that. I can provide email adresses that they been emailing to wish explaining that item hasnt been reseived, its against castumer right to take money if item its not reseived., i will go foward with this, i hope to hear from you soon.

Wish.com the whole set up

Have tried to put in a complaint and the screen went blank, so there is NO WAY of getting a complaint across. Firstly I ordered clothing and sleep wear as per sizing chart and description. What arrived had obviously shrunk and was not the quality promised. Embarrassing photos ensued and I wanted to return items. No, you just get a refund. Stuck with useless garments but local Charity Store wins. Purchase random items that never arrive, you keep waiting and by the time you have remembered they haven't arrived ( because shipping is snail mail ) you have exceeded their time frame for refunds. The best one wa the shoes I bought with only one shoe arriving! ) Toys, the children are small in comparison to the toys that arrives. They are cheap and small. You have paid a lot for toys you wouldn't even look twice at in a bargain store. Once again, u get a refund, and the charity store wins. Garden items...what could go wrong there? Solar ground lights 12 in a pack...yea! Bargain as the photos show twelve on the ground..nope..one arrives...12 LED LIGHTS IN ONE GROUND LIGHT! Two pack Flickering Solar Torches, umm do I buy one piece or two as asked...but it clearly states TWO in ONE PACK. ok. Buy one piece and only ONE arrives...this merry go round went on for months. I have finally purchased elsewhere because the torches died and i am FED UP with WISH by now. But, I have still paid for items that haven't yet arrived by said date. So I go to the site ( yesterday ) to lodge a complaint, with their charming " assistant " who gives you two options, shut up or request a refund, only to find my account has been " flagged " for excessive refunds! If they didn't have such a black and white policy, shut up or refund..if they had truthful vendors...if they let you return said items...I wouldn't be bloody " flagged ". Yes, it's a whole virtual store of con men selling false and faulty items. There is NO comeback. There is no customer feedback ( that they want, or are willing to listen to, because there is no option ) and that figure that what they have refunded me and what I have lost in waiting time and money kind of balances out. But now I've been " flagged " the scales have been tipped to their side with no recourse for name to defend myself. And I'm really upset about being considered " flagged " as I believe in fair trade. And WISH is not fair at all. All lollies and candy as far as the eye can see, but...you WILL eventually pay the price when your teeth rot. Never again will I purchase from that site, and I will be warning others ...still chuckling over the one shoe...even the charity store didn't win that time!
