Wish I didn't receive my order

I Am COMPLAINING BECAUSE I Put in an Order A MONTH Ago & I haven't Received ANY of the ITEMS! I Ordered them for CHRISTMAS, Obviously! I Didn't even have My Christmas Dinner with My Family until The 27th! And STILL, NOTHING ARRIVED! I WANT My MONEY Credited Back to my CARD, IMMEDIATELY! I Tried to Send you 3 Texts, Telling You that If I Didn't Receive My ENTIRE ORDER before CHRISTMAS; That I Would Cancel & NEVER ORDER From You Again! But, YOUR ANSWER ONLY PERTAINED to 1 ITEM, then, I Didn't Even get that! I ORDERED from You Once Before & the Gift was A Month Late for My Granddaughter's Birthday! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN & WILL TELL EVERYONE that I KNOW NOT TO ORDER From YOU!

Wish order dec. 28, 2017

Placed a $315.90 on above date. Within 5 min. a notification was sent stating every item ordered was refunded due to issue with my debit card (bank card). However today i contact my bank. Jerrod informed me that amt was pd direct l y to u guys. There was no refund. The contact # r emailing is useless . return email w a question & advise i click next to item and press "contact support". Useless there's no question w my situation to get through. My first order & u deceive me. I I'm tried of the run around given. Can't track products because it indicates "0". My bank advised i attempt 1 mre time & then they will take over.

You need to contact your state attorney general. Wish is based in your city, your state needs to take them down for fraud.

Wish can't get anyone on phone

No one to answer the phone even though they give you a phone number. They tell you too email them with your questions or problem but on the page there's not always the category that you need. Very upset. My Stuff was suppose to be here before Christmas on somethings and some were suppose to come afterwards and I'm still waiting.

Wish yarn was not what I wanted

I order a knit blanket. That was all I thought that was being charged to Pay Pal. When I got on line, I saw they ordered yarn also. I tried to cancel the yarn, the descriptions I was given to cancel the item were the same. I received the yarn.It was not wanted. I wanted the blanket, which was cancelled. I have not received a refund on my account yet. What do I have to do to get my money back? This was the 1st time I ordered from them. Not very happy. Please advise me on what to do.

Wish daily giveaway

Im not sure eaxclty how this works but it always says buy instead of completey free my mom was trying to get makeup brushes on the giveaway. And it made her buy them luckily they were only 2$ but still it says completely free so yea im really upset shes never sent anything back and has been a good customer for almost 2 years and it pissed her off she didnt mean to buy it and thats why im writing this because she is very pissed rn she cant even mess with it right now

Wish account restricted?

Dear Wish,

For some reason, the app is requesting a copy of my bank statement. I purchase through PayPal so I'm not sure it.

The customer Support says that the system has put a block on my account and it cannot be removed at this time.

I've always paid in full, have been polite, gave really good ratings so I don't know why the account is blocked. I've got stuff in my cart to purchase and positive ratings to give, but the app won't let me proceed, nor is customer service removing the restriction on my account.

To my knowledge I've not done anything to violate a terms of service, which is what the customer service people sent back to me.

Why am I being asked to submit a bank statement? This is an unusual request.

Why is my account "restricted?"

I've racked up some fine discounts that I am now barred from using.

It is a wonderful site! The products are very good quality and the shipping is getting better.

Please help me understand what I could have done to insult "the system."

More importantly, could you please remove the "restricted" status on my account?

I have recently had this same problem. I have been shopping with them for a few years now and never had this problem. It's been about 3 weeks now with my account being restricted and it still hasn't veen resolved. I've sent multiple emails and have only gotten an automated response saying "we are unable to do anything at this time. " I've even tried calling there customer service lin and it just tells me to use customer support on the app or email them (in which I have many times). I have a bunch of refunds I need to get processed and I can't do anything. Think I'm just going to file a dispute at my bank. I definitely won't be using Wish anymore.

Wish payment not going thru

Yes I am trying to purchase items on this site but every time I try to checkout its not going thru. Now its telling me to come to this site. Can someone PLEASE tell me what's going on & why isn't it letting me make any purchases. This is actually like my second or third time trying to make a purchase. The first time it let me do the payment process only to tell me that it didn't go thru. I figured maybe it was because I didn't have enough money to complete the payment. Even after I changed items to lower the price it still not working.

Are you using a debit card or credit card? I'm starting to see a pattern. If you're using debit, it doesn't go through. Credit card, they're charging, and possibly defrauding. Maybe debit cards aren't as easy to commit fraud upon?

Wish order history

I have had an email from one of the shops on wish .com about my order and when I check it it just comes up error 404, so check my order history and it says I have never ordered even though I have had one item delivered already, just waiting on the rest, can't track the orders because no order history, I have emails to say the orders have been processed, but cant find them on my account and noone to ask or get help from, absolutely frustrating as they have my money and my goods

I made a order on wish.com going on six days now I can't get any help from wish.com and can't even get a number or ask a question about my order it says that I didn't have a order history but they took my money out of the bank I need help with wish.com please help me soon as possible thanks again and again you probably can't even help me know one else can either not even wish.com

Wish t. v. grey shoes and black shoe by air force 1, and three cell phones

My problems are I did not receive my TV. and I did not receive my four smart phone's and I did not receive my grey air Force 1 shoes there is another all black shoes by air Force 1 I also have a PlayStation four council with two controllers it was supposed to be here December the twenty ninth two thousand sevin teeth thousand and 17 and instead of that I received papers that said PlayStation on them. my two pairs of shoes were suppose to be delivered dec-20-17 one grey one black those did not show up. the date my TV and cell phones were suppose to show up on November, 24 friday to thousand and sevin teeth I want a refund for those four items please

Wish trying to return items and get a refund for products I didn't order or want

Need to return items and get a refund for products i didnt order. How do i send back.I have contacted bank and visa but they say I need to contact the company buy they never respond.
I have sent numerous emails requesting this info to no avail of a return email. Phone # is a recording only.. $319.00 charged and ii want to return items and get a refund for products i didnt order..

Wish not getting my money back on cancelled items

Ok I purchased items off wish. And cancelled three of them. I waited until they day my money was supposed to be back on my card. Well it wasn't there. These ppl tryed to tell me they didn't take the money off my card yet. But I knew better cuz I called to see how much money was on my card before I ordered. So not only did they lie to me they tryed to take my money. Well I called my card holder and they charged me more for the items I purchased! So now my cardholder is handling it. She couldn't even believe they did that to me! So I will never order from them again!

Wish princess cut ring

I was instructed that my package would be here on the 22nd, then it changed to the 27 and I haven't received it yet. I ordered this with knowing it would be here before Christmas so I could have it for my marriage ceremony and you've ruined that. As I still wait for it to arrive and it's now the 27th I've gotten nothing yet. So is this what goes on you all just take people money and don't give them the merchandize? Nor do you have a live person to answer the phone?

Wish 7 inch tablet

Mid november I purchased my grandson a 7 inch tablet. I received mid december. The day I got it I wrapped and put under the tree. Well, today is christmas day... I was so excited for him to open his gift. Well, he did, I immediately noticed scratches, and the side where charger goes was sonewhat popped up, the charging port inside computer is broken, ive ordered many times from wish, and no problem except you gotta wait forever to get your stuff.. So it being christmas day I knew they were closed, I went online, sent support messages, texted them, hopefully they are creditable and will handle this matter, because I dont have money to be giving away. I will go as high up as I can, to get this matter handled, oh I forgot to mention, the tablet already had games, fb, & about 15 apps downloaded, a new tablet, I think not! I got my granddaughter's tablet off tophatter and its great, come on wish do the right thing for a 8 yr old little boy!

Wish unauthorized credit card charges

Today is Christmas and I got a BB&T card that had $50 on it. After activating my card, I immediately went to the Wish website, because I had been eyeing quite a few things from there. I picked the things that I wanted(I ended up checking out items a second time because I later I found other things that I liked). I had entered all of my information: my address, email, billing address, card number, etc etc. I went to check on the progress. Now, being that today is Christmas, not much will happen and I totally understand that. But what I dont understand is why it's still saying it's waiting to approve my order and send an email.I did get an email letting me know about the things I had purchased but that's about it. I ordered my things early this morning, about 14 hours ago. If you guys aren't gonna give me the things I paid for, I would just like a refund.

Wish electronic items

Hello,

Please do not buy anything from this online shopping...Wish online shopping...like mafia.

They will deliver the wrong goods not as euql to what you have ordered and received late. They can cancel all your calin since you have not complained within 30 days...eventhough you started claiming refund within 30 days.
They purposly delay the dispute more than 30 days and closed the claim.

Yes it is true...wish online shopping..., supplying third rated goods and will not refund if you receive goods not as per order.

WISH AND AMAZON CONTINUE TO SELL HUAWEI SD CARDS KNOWING THEY ARE FAKE.
Huawei DOESN'T MAKE SD cards AT ALL (well, they make them for their cellphones but they aren't for sale).
Wish and Amazon can't claim that they don't know which SD cards for sale on their sites are fake in this case because Huawei DOESN'T MAKE SD CARDS.
I am perfectly comfortable calling Wish and Amazon criminally complicit in the sale for counterfeit items on their website with no fear of being sued for slander or libel--because in order for such a lawsuit to be successful what was said/printed has to be FALSE... it's not: Wish and Amazon are criminally complicit in the sale of counterfeit merchandise.

We're trying to get a petition Wish Customer Support and Sales Associate return policy. These people are fraud.
They do not stand behind their moto, "We've Got Your Back. I've been trying for almost one year this month to get a return authorization for a cell phone that I can't use and a refund payment and I just got a text stating they have a 30 day return policy. There's something wrong with this picture. Just beware. Don't get Scammed.

Ordered an item, they put incorrect postage so item will not be delivered by UK postal service unless I pay a fee and the shortage in postage. Not a chance. I've left the item undelivered and postal service will return to sender. Then I'll get a refund. That will come no doubt when Hell freezes over or there is blue snow. Very, very crooked company. Give Wish a wide berth!

Refund my money with money, not wish cash than blocked my account !
Is Wish Customer service promise still valid?
Or does the tongue not have bones? So that the appointment can change at will. Wish refund to me with wish cash, than blocked my account with reason : "Payment issue and account verification."

One thing I've wondered since I've started buying items through Wish online is, who estimates the price of the item as opposed to what WISH charges. Asking this because while some of the items have been great and good value for money, others have been ranging from absolute crap and poor quality at best.

I ordered and and paid for a set of headphones. The delivered by date was 14/07/19. The postman has just been to my house and no delivery. So this parcel will arrive late (if at all). I tracked the parcel and the last available date was 22/06 and then nothing. Although online it has been "almost there" since then. I sent support a question and this is their response . (sic)If your order still does not arrive on time, contact us anytime before Aug 13, 2019 and we will be happy to resolve your problem. To me this is an absolute crock of [censored]

Proszę bardzo uważać na wish bardziej dbają o sprzedawcę jak o klienta. Otrzymałem nie to co zamówiłem i neuznali reklamacji. Mogę zwrócić na mój koszt co się zupełnie nie opłaca i na to liczą. Nie polecam. Jak by coś takiego wydarzyło się w cywilizowanym świecie to dzwonie na policję.

Wish no refund of items

They are refusing refunds on products they are more than 30 days over the estimated delivery date by the seller.
NOTHING arrives on time from these sellers, so you wait, it doesn't come and then you can't get a refund. I tracked the items and they NEVER left China!
WISH even stated that one missing item was not even pulled to be sent. BUT STILL NO REFUND !
I have TRIED and TRIED but you just get "syrupy" answers, worthless apologies and then they tell ( or their Computer template does) THAT THEY HAVE YOUR BACK.
THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF

Wish refund

Wish nintendo switch console

I used 2 separate credit cards for this item & both were declined. I called my credit card Citi which are both of my MasterCard & visa carriers. they informed me that the mastercard was in fact cancelled. However he explained that my visa card is still active. I read nothing but gr8 reviews for your company that's why I downloaded the app.
I'm a senior with outstanding credit who just wants to purchase the switch for our only grandchild. They are driving to California from Atlanta, go. Please help me with this dilemma. You can reach me though text [protected] or email @ [protected]@aol.com
