An order that i didn't place

On november 26th my 5 year old daughter ordered 93.00 dollars worth of stuff and i didn't see it until the 27th and that's when i reported it to them and told them not to ship the stuff but they did anyway and now i am having to file a lawsuit against you all for that matter . Everything will proceed as planned unless all monies are back on my card with 5 business days. Please respond back as soon as possible
