Alloy not what you used to be

I tried to exchange a pair of pants for a different size and was unable to do that. I did not order from you for a while because your pants was having zipper problems. After about 18 years, I have called it quits with your web site. it is too bad that you are loosing so many customers. The quality of your material has decreased, and this is unfortunate. I would rather pay more for my clothes than to deal with bad customer service. I do plan on spreading the word on how horrible you have become.

Alloy frustrated

It's a popular site, old enough to win customers trust. I myself have been using it for years. But unfortunately, I must confess I'm done with them and here's the reason why: this website is not what it used to be anymore. More often I get items that look completely different than in the photos. They confuse orders and may ship you something you didn't order.
In general, they are bad now. It's frustrating, I'm used to it, but there's nothing else to do. Have to find another place for shopping online.

Alloy Please stay away!

I used to order things from Alloy in the past and never had any problems. Recently I bought some clothes, but when I finally received my order I was extremely disappointed with the quality. The quality of the clothes and customer service was absolutely ridiculous. So I returned everything and asked them to credit my PayPal account. I was told they could not do that. They offered me a store credit and 20% off on another purchase. I refused and told that I need only my money. I reported them to the BBB and hope that this matter will be resolved. I'm going to notify PayPal as well.

Alloy Horrible quality and seller didn't refund

Don’t order from the website I got the dress and t-shirt, but the quality was horrible. The fabric was thin and could be easily torn. I paid for the return postage and sent the clothes back, but these ### still haven’t returned money back. As well as they didn’t reply to my emails. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

Alloy Bad quality dresses and awful return policy

I ordered five dresses from the website I received them in different packages, and none of them fitted me. I sent all of them back to the seller and paid for the return postage on my own. After that I haven’t received refund and no reply from the seller. Also I won’t recommend anyone to buy from them, because the quality of dresses was really horrible. Don’t waste time and money. It might be a good idea, if people write about their experience with this seller.

I totally agree with everything you stated about this company. Cheap, terrible quality clothing that takes forever to receive only for you to pay for the return. Total Loss.
