So I was playing and randomly got blocked, I had over 100 dollars in my account and now i cant get it out… all i want is to get the money i have earned out of the website and into my account… i have gotten money before, I just want the rest of it… Virgin Gaming isn’t a scam, but sometimes they screw you over.

I've been gaming with Virgin for over 3 years, I've won around 8% more than I have deposited and have never had a problem with withdrawing. I even took a screen shot of a crashed game which would of payed out £26.50 but failed and they credited my account as a bonus. I don't think it's a scam at all.

When I was depositing and losing heavily on the free Find the phoenix game I would at least win £15 per week no problem. Now I don't deposit anymore and only play the free game I'm lucky if I get 5 spins. F!@k em.

I agree with all your comments about them scamming people, i live in the uk and registered an account, after awhile through no fault of my own my bank closed my account and i had to move, fast forward 13 months i opened up a new account with my new bank details as like i said the address and bank details were no longer valid and i had no way of getting access to them, everything went fine until i won over £1200 and tried to withdraw my winnings as soon as i did i was told i was in breach of terms and conditions and the person in live chat refused to listen to me when i told them that i no longer had an account with that bank or lived at the original address why do they not tell you this when you first sign up its because they want your money off you. also i've checked with other gambling sites and most of them close your account down after 12 months of inactivity but not virgin they wait for 30 months before considering an account dead, if i had lost money they would have been happy to let me carry on but as soon as i won then they started to crying wolf and closed my account with the £1200 winnings. there a complete rip off i spoken to 5 year olds with more understanding and common sense what ever you do DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM AND MAKE SURE YOU TELL EVERYONE ELSE TO AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE AS WELL.

Definite scam, I keep depositing but never win anything! After seeing all your comments I WILL be reporting them to trading standards. They can't be allowed to get away with this!

I totally agree that they are a scam. I am in the process of trying to cash out my $100, so I made a small withdrawal request transaction just to see if it was safe and then BAM! They said a random audit check required them to verify my drivers license, so I sent it in and STILL CAN'T get the issue resolved! After asking them why it's taking so long, they keep sending me the same thing over and over again that I will get a response from the Finance Team, but NO response! THEY KEEP RUNNING ME IN CIRCLES WITHOUT PROVIDING ME WITH A SPECIFIC EXPLANATION TO WHAT IS ACTUALLY THE REAL ISSUE! NO DOUBT VIRGINGAMING.COM IS A SCAM!

I wish I had read this thread before signing up to Virgin Gaming. This is the only company I have ever dealt with that has asked for photographic prove to be sent online before approving a balance transfer to a PayPal account. A clear scam, they will attempt any method possible to avoid giving you your hard earned money. Avoid like the plague!

Virgin Gaming is a total joke. They allow minors to register (without demanding a photo of ID confirming their age above 18) but once they try to withdraw their money that they've won suddenly Virgin Gaming refuses to let them do it. In this way Virgin Gaming earns a lot of money by abusing minors. Well done.

Virgin Gaming I truely believe is a scam. They make it super easy to put money on the site in a matter of seconds but when its time to withdraw they say it takes 6-10 buisness days b4 they can send you your money to your PayPal account, if you ask me there is somthing alittle funny about that. It has now been 20days since i requested my withdrawl and still nothing. Im scared to email them about it in fear they may just deactivate my account without giving me my money. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE IT HAS SCAM WRITEN ALL OVER IT. i MEAN COME ON WHY SHOULD IT TAKE 6-10 DAYS TO ELECTRONICLY SEND MONEY TO PAYPAL? If anyone has coments on this please post.

Virgin gaming is a complete scam! don't go on that site they just take your money I've been trying to withdraw money from my account for over a month now i already did all the necessary steps they asked me to do to get my money i sent in my i.d and everything they asked for but they still wont send my money...it takes one min to deposit money into your account on virgin gaming, but they never credit your Paypal with your winning.. and also contacting support is point less on virgin gaming you can only email them and when you do it take 2-3 days for them to respond and the response never solves your issue the gov't needs to do something about that website

Virgingaming block me because they said I have multiple account, there's one account that's for my big brother and its called Bamba4Moh and mines is Realtime25. Now virgingaming blocked me because their thinking that am using both accounts, which is am not I use Realtime25 and have a balance of $20 bucks in Realtime25. So I want realtime25 open and see if there can close Bamba4Moh since there's no use for it... So now when I emailed virgingaming telling them that they keep saying the same stuff, like you have made multiple accounts and when I also bring up about my money part is like they never wanna answer that part. So what should I do?

VIRGIN GAMING IS A SCAM I HAVE AN ACCOUNT CALLED TELZYBOY7 I BUILT THIS ACCOUNT UP TO 500$ AND THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT FOR HAVING MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS. HOWEVER I DID NOT KNOW THIS AND THE DAY I OPENED BY ACCOUNT 2 YEARS AGO I SENT IN ID AND PROOF THIS ACCOUNT WAS BEING OPENED THEY CONFIRMED ... THEY SHOULD NEVER OF ALLOWED THIS ACCOUNT TO BE OPEN, I WITHDRAW MONEY FOR 2 YEARS SLOWLY THEN BUILT IT UP TO 500$ AND THEY HAVE KEPT THE MONEY, THEY NOW DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS AND ALL THEY SAY IS YOU CANT HAVE 2 ACCOUNTS EVEN THOUGH 2 SEPERATE PEOPLE WERE USING THESE... SITE IS A SCAM 500$ AND THEY DONT EVEN REPLY CAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE IN THE WRONG AS I HAVE PROOF I SENT THEM EVIDENCE SOME1 ELSE IS ALSO GOING TO BE PLAYING ...

I totally agree with your point of view.

A while ago I used to play at virgin gaming but it started to get boring as i had 103 W and 30 L and NO ONE Wanted to play against me so i created a new acount and deposited 10$ so I could try to play again but after 2-3 days I had already made about 30$ virgin blocked my new acount, said my acount had been blocked due it was a second acount, and I would only be entitled to my 10$ that I pervisually deposited (I don't have nothing to say about their decision). They also said that my first acount would still be open so i still had a change to try to play but as I though it would be a waste of time I withdraw mymoney and waited 96 hours as it says when you withdraw money from virgin gaming. After that i e-mail them and asked why i dind't recieved the money yet and their answer was because that I needed proof of my age and resenditial ( this document would be driving license or ID ) after having an argument with the support team saying that if i had deposited money into my other acount and had paypal acount I didntthint it would be necesarry all them problems I told them I was a emigrant so I dind't have no English ID, or English drivinglicense but I still send them my own country ID + a bill so it could proof my details and my resendential and after 2 months I'm still waiting to get an answer ( sometimes i need to send 5 e-mails so I can get a simple answer)

PLEASE AVOID VIRGIN GAMINGIF YOU DON'T WANT TOWAST YOUR TIME !

Jerad,

You're right - there is no excuse if our support team did not respond to you for days. If this happened to you, on behalf of Virgin Gaming, I apologize.

My name is Carl, and I'm the new community manager for Virgin Gaming. While I don't do support, I'd love to take a closer look at your account. What's your email address? I'll personally reach out to you and attempt to make things right. I can't make any promises, of course, but if you go into this with an open mind I will do the same.

Talk soon,

Carl

Sorry Joe, You are incorrect. Your team does not take the time to look into the situations before deeming an account a serious breach of the terms and conditions. I was having technical issues setting up my account and even contacted support for help. They never responded for days so I took it upon myself to figure out how to open an account. I was happy with my new account and deposited money so that I could play. A week later I was informed that I had mulitple accounts and the account with money in it was suspended and money held. I did not even understand that I had another account and it certainly was not active. Maybe it had been established with no activity what so ever. I am disappointed that your technical team didn't investigate and see that there was no money in the old account and that it was not even active. Common sense tells you that should be the one to be shut down. But no, your company shut down the one with all the money into it and now wont even respond to my request to reopen my account with money and close the one that don't. To me, THAT IS SCREWING PEOPLE OVER. When your technical service is inept and won't help the customer for days, what else is your customer to do, but try to figure out a solution on their own. ALSO, WHEN YOU DON'T RESPOND FOR DAYS ON END AND YOU TAKE THEIR MONEY WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER THAT IS WRONG! YOUR COMPANY WAS QUICK TO SUSPEND THE ACCOUNT, BUT NOT TO LOOK INTO A CUSTOMER COMPLAINT. RIDICULOUS WAY TO DO BUSINESS.

There's always a reason an account is blocked or funds withheld, we definitely aren't in the business of screwing people over! Unless you committed a serious breach of our Terms & Conditions (for which you would have received a warning or two), the account suspension is likely temporary. In any case, we would have explained the situation to you, but if you ever have questions you can contact our support team for more information.
