I booked 8 tickets for queens of the stone age today 1/1/17 ( ID [protected]) a face value (on the site) of £83 each. i was assured and reminded again and agian that these were the very last tickets available and a timer forces the issue to get you to click through to the final page where in a small corner you will no notice that a booking fee of £23 has been added. not to the order to each ticket for a total of £938 for 8 tickets that should cost around £300.

at no point are you warned about the price increase and when you check the fine print discover there are no cancellations...why would that be? it s well known that Viagogo cancels tickets whenever they feel like in order to charge more for them.

It is literally impossible to speak to customer service- you have to enter your order ID and if its less than 72 hours then the call wont connect. email complaints only generate copy and paste replies.

how this is allowed is a mystery to me. a company that exists to con people whoever they can and not have to return the money.

I understand that the way that this company performs will be illegal in the UK come March 2018. my complaint about this company is summarised as follows:
1.When buying Peter Kay tickets for the Manchester Arena their web site did not identify themselves as a secondary sales ticket site.
2.Whilst dealing with the sales transaction I was subjected to pressure sales techniques.
3. I did not receive and honest and accurate summary of the sale before completion.
4. the sale was loaded with unreasonable, excessive and unjustifiable fees
5. There was no cool off period to allow for the reversal of the sale if dissatisfied. The only recourse offered is to resell through them.
6. The tickets have not been issued to me. They may not turn up, according to the email they sent to me for up to 7 months

Hi I went to tour website yesterday to purchase some Little Mix Tickets which I thought was a reasonable price at £66 per ticket. I then went to the final screen where it added on around £40 for booking and handling fees. I was given the option of declining or confirming this full amount in which I declined the transaction.
Since declining this transaction I have had an email to say I have purchased the tickets and my account has been debited with the full amount of 182.94.
I DID NOT PURCHASE THESE TICKETS AS I DECLINED THE TRANSACTION AND I AM WANTING A FULL REFUND AS THIS IS FRAUD.
I HAVE BEEN THROUGH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO HELP WHATSOEVER SO I'M HOPING YOU CAN RESOLVE THIS QUICKLY FOR ME BEFORE I ESCULATE IT.

I have arrived at the Dubai 7s Rugby and I have been denied access to the venue. It is evident that Viagogo does not have rights to resell tickets in the UAE and the tickets have therefore been cancelled by Dubai Government and are all invalid as Viagogo does not have relevant rights.

I hereby demand urgent refund of all monies paid to Viagogo for Dubai 7s Rugby tickets relating to both orders under the following details;

Viagogo has misrepresented itself in this transaction  and has not acted in good faith or in the best interests of me; your client. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of Viagogo as a service provider, to represent its business and transactional intentions professor ally and has failed to do so in this matter. I am now out of pocket due to the unprofessional actions and misrepresentations of Viagogo.

I demand urgent action and a full refund of all.mknues paid in this respect forthwith.

I purchased tickets through Viagogo for the Jack Johnson Concert in Sydney for the 30th of November 2017. The ticket were resold when I got to the gates and we were refused enter! I am absolutely embarrassed because I purchased them as an anniversary present only to be refused entry! I found out at the door that VIAGOGO is Known for this sort of thing! I want a bloody refund now!

My Boyfriend has ordered tickets via Viagogo for tickets to Jingle Bell Ball. These tickets have been said that they have been delivered which they haven't. Me and My Boyfriend have contatced UPS and they provided a signature that looked like a squiggle. They stated they cannot do anything else as the tickets have been "delivered" and signed for. We then went on to contact Viagogo's customer service, which is infact disgraceful and have been no help so far at all. The tickets have been paid for and not been delivered.

Can you please tell me how this can be resolved, hopefully reissuing the tickets intime for the event or a full refund!

I have used Viagogo in the past and they have not been a problem at all
! I hope this can be resolved as i am extremely disappointed.

Before two months ago I bought two tickets for Robert planet concert at Wolverhampton at the 20.11.
I gave you the addres of the hotel to send me the tickets. At saturday the tickets sent the hotel without name about the package! Because of that the hotel refused to get the tickets, sinc than looking for this tickets about three days! We send to Royal mail, we went Post Office, we wait at the reception five hours about your calling! (after I talked with you about 10 times at the phone and told you about this case). And finally you didn't give me a solution and told me you give me back the money! I rented a car to arrive wolverhamton, I ordered nights at wolverhampton and at Birmingam only for this concert! I drove about 4 hours from London with hope someone can help me, but it didn't happend, because your falt! I invited all this vication because this concert, and you destroyed all of my viation!
I understand you will give me back the. money about the concert, but it is not enough for me!

I want all my money about this vication back! I rented a car only for the concert (that cost a lot of money!) I invited hotels at the area of the concert (that cost a lot of money!) I spent three days by looking for this tickets!

I paid a lot of money and I want all my money back! (and not only about the tickets!)

I purchased 2 Pink tickets for $285 each from what I thought was a genuine ticket site. Not only was I charged $751 for the two, but the fake PDF I was issued is in someone else's name and has a face price of $173.05. This alone breaches Queensland law. The only option I was given by ViaGoGo (not in person or by email - faq on their website only as this company refuses to be contacted) was to relist these tickets for sale.The ticket is fake and the way was sold to me breaches Qld law. This transaction is not what it claims to be. I want a full refund and ideally I want ViaGoGo reported to the authorities.Regards Danielle Wilson

Unauthorized adding on to amount & pressuring people to buy the tickets at the new price and claiming that you cannot cancel the purchase!
Not easy to contact you and you do not reply on any complaints.
You charged more than double the initial prize you asked for Cinderella on Ice tickets and when the customer wanted to cancel you claimed it is not allowed.
You stole money from a pensioner ans apparently you can still sleep at night!

Viagogo are no more than on line ticket touts, I logged on to the site looking for Peter Kay tickets for next September and was informed that there were still a FEW tickets remaining and that I had less than four minutes to complete a transaction, they offered two £61.00. tickets for what initially looked like a fair price and with the countdown clock ticking I rushed through the transaction only to face a final bill of £330.00. which I find outrageous . At no time was I allowed to see the contents of my shopping basket, so I had no chance of stopping the order from going through. They offered to buy them back for a insultingly small amount which I declined, also I have recently checked out their site for Peter Kay tickets and guess what ? they still have a FEW available . There really should be a law against this sort of outfit.

Viagogo have scammed me after I told them not to process a transactions. They refuse to refund after I told them to cancel a transaction and have extorted and extracted the money directly from my account in a foreign currency. They are a scam company and need to be stopped.

They have not sent me any tickets for the peter kay show or even told me what seats I bought. This is a blatant scam.

I purchased 2 tickets to see Daniel Ceasar at the Koko in London on the 5th of February 2018. I made the payment on the 10th of October and never received a confirmation email. I have proof of payment. Please could you help me with this. I have no proof that I have the tickets but I have made the payment. I have tried the website but it only takes me around in circles as the event does not show up on my purchases.

I sold 2 tickets for the Vikings game at the end of October. The person I sold the tickets to turned up to the event, sat together and enjoyed the game.
I go as part of a group every year and had 2 tickets spare as 2 people could not make it.
When the people who purchased the tickets arrived and realised their seats were in the middle if our group they asked if we wanted to move down and they would sit at the end of our group, in the same row just 4 seats down. I thought that was kind of them, but it cost me £40 as they said to Viagogo that they did not sit in the seats they had purchased to which they were given £40 compensation by Viagogo which was deducted from the payment to me. There was no contact from viagogo about this charge and they have not replied to the 20+ emails I have sent to their erm " customer service" ( ha ha, thats a joke calling it that). I found out what the charge was for the the buyer after sending them a text. Thet said they do it all the time as Viagogo give compensation with no proof, they just hand it to the buyer with no contact with the seller to see if it was true or any facts behind what happened!
I have tried to phone the ha ha, customer service but each time have been waiting on the phone 20mins plus.
In short, DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS, they will overcharge you for tickets and deduct money from sales without giving a reason why, and get away with it because you can not contact them.

Viagogo confirmed by email on Nov 1 that HKD would be refunded to my credit card within 4 working days. I phoned my credit card company and no refund from Viagogo for the sum paid for the Nov 4 HK concert date has not been refunded. I have the email as legal proof that the refund would be paid as stated and I wonder how many other people have been lied to? Contact help numbers and email to get in touch with Viagogo is a joke.

I had four tickets listed for Little Mix on 15/11/17.

I noticed at 4.30 pm on the day of the concert that the ticket had been removed by Viagogo without my Knowledge, I had no email or no advance warning of this.

I called Viagogo at the earliest opportunity, which was 4.50 pm and spoke to Jalina to see why it had been removed.

I was told because it had not sold and collection had to be by 5.30pm.
It was a physical impossibility to get to collect it by that time.

If I had been informed this was the case I could have collected this and gone to the concert and not wasted an unused ticket. As it stands I cannot even go to the concert now and I am not able to collect the ticket by the time I have now found out is my deadline. The concert starts at approximately 7ish and I can get there so why can I not collect my ticket?
Little mix don't come on until 9pm so I could still get there very easily but you will not allow me to have access to my unsold ticket.

Nowhere on the small print can your staff point out where I am told this in advance.

I asked for this ticket to be left at the box office for me to collect. I was told that these tickets are at an office 50 mins away. They won't stay past 530pm, so I have asked for the ticket to be taken to the box office for me to collect?

I am really upset at this service.

Bought 2 x little mix tickets for the o2. I've been given no notification that they've been sent. Cost me £175 each including very high fees. I was assured they would be seats that were together and in fact they're two seats apart. As such I am hoping to re-sell them on the website however unless they arrive late this week, they will say I've left it too late to sell. Should be sent immediately unless it is their strategy to prevent ppl selling again. Also when I was buying I thought they seemed v expensive but a bubble was flashing on the screen saying what a brilliant bargain it is as other customers were paying on average £282 pet seat in this section? Wish I'd taken a screen shot as there are no tickets at that price and I'm probably going to lose quite a bit of money. I'm really anxious that they won't arrive and also clearly not next to each other as well as the fact I was duped into paying such a high price!

Purchased tickets for ATP World Tour Finals on 18th November 2017 (semi-finals afternoon and evening sessions) - 2 seats for afternoon session; 2 seats for evening session. The tickets were £140.50 each (x2) and £125.00 each (x2) respectively.
I have been charged £1, 008.95 and £829.59 for each booking, totalling £1, 838.54.
Since the flat rate for the tickets were £281.00 + 250.00 = £531 I would like to know how much the booking fee, VAT, etc has been added.
This is nothing short of extortion.

On 12 November I booked 2 General Admission standing tickets on the site Viagogo for Mariah Carey at Sandstone Point Hotel, Queensland, Australia and it cost me $561. It was the first listing to come up on a Google Search and booked it without research believing that only 19 tickets were left.

I then realised that general admission tickets start from $169 on EventBrite and Oztix. This made me realise I was scammed.

The venue has advised that I have purchased unauthorised tickets; the name on the ticket is "Fredrick Wong". My name is Rebecca Prasad. The ticket is also vague on details about time and date which makes be believe they are fake tickets.

One of the codes on the tickets is 697024349870768463001 and it appears to be from Eventbrite.

I have contacted my bank ING to cancel my credit card and dispute the transaction.

I have contacted the Queensland Police and alerted the Austalian Cyber Crime Reporting Network.

I have also contacted the venue to let them know about the incident.

I have requested a refund from Viagogo but have not recieved a response.

Is there anything else I can do?

This is so disappointing and I feel very foolish.

Bought tickets for Marilyn Manson for the October 12 th show . It's was cancelled, I tried to contact viagogo, the site just runs you around, I was never able to talk to anyone, and no emails where sent to me telling me of new concert dates or any options . I am very disappointed and frustrated with this company, I will not make any further purchases with this company in the future.

I purchased 4 tickets for R1495 each - I was charged R8113, 00 - should have been R5980, 00 (OVERCHARGED by R2133, 00) and today I received 4 tickets valued at R630, 00 each - total value R2520, 00 ?
I cannot reach any of the given contact numbers and have had no response to emails and facebook messages.
Please urgently assist me.
