Via.com — total scam
I'm complaining about their terrible attitude and careless treatment of customers. I bought a ticket for to the uk to visit my brother's wedding 2 months ahead of the event. I got an email notification that some issues with my booking occurred, but I don't have to worry and just wait. I did. One week, another one. I felt like they forgot about me and contacted them. Requested them to cancel my ticket and send my money back to me. They agreed and kind of recharged.
Still there's no money. Where is it? they cheated me and any means I used to pressure them and get my money back didn't work.
I'm out of a big amount of money.
Please, people, stay away. I won't give up.
