Here's a closeout company you want to avoid.

The owner Mark Resdorf agreed to purchase our closeout for $10,000. After We shipped him the goods. He then gave us a fake credit card that wouldn't clear and refused to pay anything unless we took a $5000.00 discount.

Now we're forced to sue him to get paid. Avoid this company at all costs.

I'm astonished as to the date of reviews back to 2007. I just fell for buying $200 worth of steak September 2018, which were the worst steaks ever. Couldn't cut or chew it, literally! Is it that the meat is over 11 years old? Well that would explain it. I was told it was guaranteed yadda yadda yadda. I can't find any working number for this company and the Better Business Bureau says they are out of business.

Our company suffered the similar situation as stated in the above complaints. In good faith we shipped several loads of containers on close-outs when only received partial payment as promised. Mark stopped the fed-wire when his trucker pulled away loads. He claimed we did not ship what he thought was in the deal and wanted to negotiated at another 50% off. We had to sue him and now is lined up in Minnesota court. This type of true story needs to be shared to help preventing honest business people from further damages.
