Twin Cities Wholesale review: Refusal to honor satisfaction guarantee

My wife bought $600 of meat from "Badger wholesale" but the receipt was from Twin Cities Wholesale SUITE 5604 5600 INTERNATIONAL PARKW, NEW HOPE, MN [protected]. When we opened the packages we found that the sales man had lied multiple times. He claimed that his prices were cheaper than Costco, but he charged $15 per pound for pork (clearly more expensive). He misrepresented the amount of food (we got much less than promised). He guaranteed that if we did not like the quality we would get a refund. We tried one steak and it was terrible. He gave us a guarantee (in writing) that if we wanted a refund all we had to do was call. As of this point we have called every number we could find multiple times and they do not answer or call back. We have also emailed and received no response.
