TomTop Group x2t true wireless bluetooth in-ear/tomtop customer service

Placed and order for "docooler X2T True Wireless Bluetooth 4.2 In-ear Stereo Sport Headsets" on October 18, 2017. Order arrived in a fairly reasonable amount of time. Package arrived in good condition. Ear pieces will turn on and connect to each other, then will not even show up to pair with any devices - Android or iPhone - Even after using a bluetooth scanner - there is no bluetooth signal to sync with.

Contacted Customer support and they got back with me fairly quickly the first time - with a large list of questions (that all had been answered in detail in my initial contact). I answered them again. They then demanded I take and upload to youtube or other site a video of me turning them on and trying to connect to my iPhone, which I reluctantly did. Each step according to their repeated instructions are captured on the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LAo6MiiYtiE&t=5s). I was told that after I submitted the answers and video link, they would submit to their "engineers" to evaluate. After several days elapsing, I sent another email. I finally heard back to "please wait 72 hours, as the information I provided had been submitted to engineers".

I heard back today that the engineers determined the problem and included the same exact instructions I had followed over a dozen times - and demonstrated on the video submitted.

I have submitted a complaint/claim with PayPal. I'm done with TomTop. They are trying everything they can to get out of being responsible for their defective products.

TomTop Group items were not delivered

I have to also shared with you my bad experiencies with TomTop customer service and also with TomTop company at all. I ordered only two items through this seller group (not in same time) but it was last time i did it so. I can not understand how can be this stupid approach to their customer. The email are not answered and communication with customer who already payed is ignored. First order was placed on 2017-08-21 - still not delivered and second order placed on 2017-10-09 and again not delivered. I am wondering how can this company be loyal if there is too many other compliencies which could be found wherever on internet. Of course i also try to left negative feedback on TomTop site but unfortunatelly without succes as the site feedback site is i think under censour. Very bad experiencies, i recommend to never buy items through this company !

TomTop Group popsocket

I ordered popsocket before 20 days, and I havent receive it. And the most worst thing is there no customer care service number or email where we can take information about our product. My order no. is BA17J25O0112-4WWWRF. And email - [protected]@gmail.com. I will never shop again with this site. Please do something or else refund my money back to me account.

TomTop Group universal smartphone holder

Do not order from this company! The product I received does not work and is not as advertised. There is no such thing as customer service. I received the product which is supposed to be used for navigation with a smart phone. The reflective surface is a mirror reflection (I. E. Backwards) meaning it does not help for navigation.
I have sent many, many emails to [protected]@tomtop.com and all I get is a response with a lot of questions. I have asked repeatedly to get my money back and where to send the product. I have had to send descriptions of the problem, pictures and even a video which had to be uploaded to youtube.
To say I am frustrated is an understatement. I spent over $50 on junk.

TomTop Group frustrated...

This was my first time buying from this store and unfortunately, it was negative.
My complaint has to do with their customer service which is definitely the most terrible one.
First of all, it poorly works. I had a problem with my items and desperately needed their assistance I have sent more than ten emails hoping to hear back as soon as possible, but all of them were left unanswered. Calling them also didn't bring any result. I am very disappointed...

TomTop Group delivery

I have ordered Zhiyun Smooth Q smart phone gimbal two months before. I haven't got the product yet. The worst part is tomtop customer service. I can understand every thing, I have been waiting since two months. When ever i ask for support the customer support say " the shipment is sometimes like that please understand and wait". But the tracking link shows its in warehouse(or something like that) since Sep 13. I requested the support to enquire about this. They are asking me to go and ask in local post. WTF ? Okay i gave my patience, i requested to send another package, but the customer care is saying " if the package return to tomtop they will refund me". WTF tomtop ? There may be people who get the package in time, but few of them who doesnt get what they order and stupidly waiting all the time try to understand how much frustration it will be. If this review doesnt make sense to you, and if your are not going to send me another pacakage with in few days, I am going complain here and let every one know in my company which I am working and near by universities. Please dont ask me to wait any more patiently, its been already 2 months !

TomTop Group malfunction with product

TomTop Group hubsan x4 502s quadcopter

To whom concern

Hello.

I received Hubson x4 502S quad copter.

I made the calibration 1 and 2 and after the start the drone elevated to about 30 feet and returned home without being called. I didn’t touch the return lever yet it come home and all other commands were annulated. I cannot make it do anything.

I did make the calibration at the transmitter and the bidding with no results.

Please let me know where to return the item and inform me if you prefer to replace the drone or send me a refund.

Please send me the label and the track number in order to return the item.

TomTop Group I would like to cancel my order.

I would like to cancel my order but there is no way to contact anyone through the website. Order # BN17I26M3748-8D5QRS. I ordered the MJX Bug 6 drone for my son. The description said ships within 3-6 business days and free shipping. They charged $19.48 for shipping! Placed the order September 26, 2017. I haven't heard anything from them except emails to sell us more. There is no way to contact them on the website. But they wasted no time to take our money...they did that the day the order was placed. My son worked hard for his money and was looking forward to getting his drone. It's been almost a month since we placed the order. We would just like to get our money back please.

TomTop Group do not buy!!!

Non delivery of xiaomi mijia m365 electric scooter

I ordered the xiaomi mijia m365 electric scooter off of tomtop on the 24th aug, it has been 42 days and it has still not arrived, I have sent emails to tomtop support with no replys, the supplied tracking number shows the item in poland awaiting collection by ups but it has been like that for over a month! Will have to escalate with my credit card company under section 75 protection.
There are quite a few of us on the hukd forums who have ordered the xiaomi m365 electric scooter from tomtop who have not recieved our orders.

Buyers be aware tomtop have cheap prices to lure new customers in but you will not recieve your item.

Update 05/10 - thank you tomtop for your generic message response, if you had read my first message you will have of read that I have sent numerous amounts of emails to your support address with no avail and that the tracking information does not work!

Update 07/10 - finally got an email back after sending several emails to them just telling me to wait longer, how much longer 3 months? 3 years?! This is just a complete and utter joke of a complete wasting my time! There's so many of us without the xiaomi m365 electric scooter as its apparently waiting for ups to pick up!

Update 14/10 - still waiting for it, no news, please don't ever buy from tomtop it is beyond a joke!

Tomtop sort it out and please don't just post that standard message again about emailing you 24/7 and how I can track my package online!

TomTop Group elephone p8 mini

I ordered the Elephone P8 mini from your website on the 10th August. It arrived two and a half weeks later. It worked perfectly fine for the first couple weeks and then three weeks ago, the Fingerprint ID stopped working. Another week later till now, the Lock Screen has an icon which reads "Safe Mode". This is not something that I put on myself. The lock screen display isn't working properly either. The time has multiple numbers all on top of each other and is hard to read. When typing in my passcode, the screen once again shows multiple numbers, as if it has layers. The phone hasn't come to any physical or water damage so I am confused as to why this is happening. I cannot use the phone properly. What should I do now?

TomTop Group what a shame!!!

I had no problem with my order until it arrived. It's already another story.
The quality was poor, so I thought I would return it, as I really didn't need this crap at my house. It was absolutely unwearable and embarrassing for putting it on. So the best decision was returning. I did, at my expense of course.
It's been three. freaking. month.
3 month. Still not refund. Are you kidding me? it's not funny, if yes.
I can't reach them. They never answer. Very suspicious and looks like a scam.
Beware and think twice before buying online. ALWAYS!
