I ordered the Elephone P8 mini from your website on the 10th August. It arrived two and a half weeks later. It worked perfectly fine for the first couple weeks and then three weeks ago, the Fingerprint ID stopped working. Another week later till now, the Lock Screen has an icon which reads "Safe Mode". This is not something that I put on myself. The lock screen display isn't working properly either. The time has multiple numbers all on top of each other and is hard to read. When typing in my passcode, the screen once again shows multiple numbers, as if it has layers. The phone hasn't come to any physical or water damage so I am confused as to why this is happening. I cannot use the phone properly. What should I do now?
