As I was waiting on my car to get serviced an geltleman came in to get an job applacation for tire kingdom the store manager Alan tells this man go to tire kingdom.com to fill out the applacation online. The gentleman says he does not have access to an computer at the time and can I get a paper applacation. The store manager says sorry about your luck! As the gentleman leaves the store manager says, "the next colored person who comes into this store and asked for an applacation im going to tell him to go hang himself from a tree and hope for the best". I ask him why would you say something like that and I am going to make an costomer complaint about his atitude. He says if I do he will be happy to tow my car in pieces to the nearest junkyard. I do belive this man needs to be turmenated. I have made an compaint to tire kindom and that such a cruel man like this does not need to be in this kind of positoin.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
