[Resolved] Ticketbis / ticket for ed sheeren in dubai

I purchased ticket through ticketbis in may and was told that I would receive the ticket 10 days before the gig. I contacted ticket bid numerous times before the gig via email. Some lady from ticket bus left me a voicemail saying she would email me instructions on where to deliver the ticket to. I never recieved the email. I emailed them again and the lady left the same voicemail. I did not receive the email again. I do not know who she has been emailing. I emailed them again and again saying I want to complain and would like a refund. I tried calling the number many times. The number did not work or I would get cut off. On the day at 12.08 the seller called me and said he had my ticket and said he would SMS me the location. It is too late as I didn't get my ticket in time. The way I was treated was unacceptable and I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase anything through ticket bis

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
