TD Auto Financecustomer service

I spoke with rossetta today in regards to getting a credit for a late fee that was incorrectly added to my account. She didnt want to transfer me to a manager after my several requests to speak with one.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in Linden, CA I had to ask her for her name over 7 times because she was just silent on the phone i have a recording of the whole conversation and she provided such horrible customer service i will never lease a car from td auto finance again i thank god this is my last payment. And coincidentally this is when they charge me the late fee for over 50 months they didnt charge anything extra now on my last month lease i have a $62.61 late fee
