I placed an order 8/8/08 for a text book. I sent the company an e-mail 8/16/08 as I had still not received the book and according to their website, it still had not shipped. I sent another e-mail 8/18/08 neither of which was replied to. I needed the book for a class so I attempted to cancel it using the cancel link on their website, which failed! To date I still have not heard a thing from them. I ordered the book from another provider. This is a terrible way to do business, furthermore they have no phone number so one could contact customer service.
