Swarovski crystalline oval white watch

My partner brought me a 'Crystalline Oval White Watch' for Christmas, we got a gift receipt which the women said we had till the end of January to bring back the watch. On Saturday the 16th of January I took my watch back to the shop because after only using it a few times, the white from the strap has started to come off. This is totally unacceptable! I do not expect to pay all that money for a watch and only having it a few weeks it starts to come off and to be told its costume jewellery and I shouldn't wear it all the time! I was not told my watch would be costume jewellery when I brought it! When we went to the shop the lady was totally unhelpful, she was basically telling me it was my fault and that I wear black clothes so this was going to happen. She then went on to tell me that she couldn’t give me my money back because it has been worn, I thought this was disgraceful, after it not being any fault of my own that the watch strap had started to peel/ come off. She then went on to tell me I could do a swap/exchange my old watch for a new black one, she let me put it on and even suggested that I can keep it on as I was going to swap it, for her to tell me I had to pay another £49.00 to do this. I told her no way was I going to pay more money for an item I didn’t even want and as I was bring it back at no fault of my own.in doing this she told me she would contact someone straight away and ask them if she can give me a refund, so that on Monday I would have an email/ phone call saying what was going to happen. She didn’t even take any of my details, I then had to after leaving the shop go back in and give the boy my phone number. On this day Tuesday 19th of January I still have NOT heard from anyone.

I bought my wife a 2 ring set last December only 3 months after the super metal has decolored into a copper like shade. No some was missing but the ring looked awful. The store in Montreal where we bought it only agreed to change merchandise for anything but not another thing and pay for the difference... Stay at from those rings go to a real jewelry or make a ring with the crystal with a real orfebre

Swarovski excessively rigid return policy

I purchased an igtem for $214. A week later I decided to return the item. No one explained the excessively rigid return policy. Unknowingly, I accidentally disposed of the box that the item came in. When I went to reurn the item I was told that because I did not have the box they would not give me a credit on my amex account nor would they give me a store credit. When I told them that no one explained the absurd return policy to me when I made the purchase, I was told to look at the printed return policy taped to the counter

Being a SCS member for 15 years doesn't give you leeway with the policy. Read the receipt. You have one job as a consumer and that is to read your receipt. Understand what you're getting into.

Don't be blissfully ignorant.

I ordered a bracelet for my wife for christmas in late november, when she opened it on christmas morning it was so small it would not fit her wrist. I returned it insured on december 26, today 01/07/2016
I received the same item back, i was told it was over 14 days and it was my problem.

I have been a swarovski scs member for 15 years

We have well over $25 k in swarovski crystal,
Customer service was so rude on the phone, she said you should have read the instruction when you ordered this item. If any one orders any thing on line from this company they are fools. If they treat a customer of over 15 years and a member of their collector society this way forget ever trying to deal with them in the future.
I ask to speak to a supervisor and was refused

Swarovski circle heart pendant

Hi My husband bought me a Swaroski rose gold circle pendant (cost £70) from our local Swaroski store in bury st Edmunds suffolk on 3/9/15. This was an anniversary present. Last week I noticed all bar 3 stones had fallen out of the pendant. Luckily he had the receipt so I took the item back today. The store manager served me and I explained that I wanted to replace the item as I have only had it since 3 sept this year and not happy that the stones had come out. She accused me of spraying hairspray on it and when I told her I don't used hairspray she said it was because I hadn't cleans it! She went and got a new necklace and laid mine on the counter next to the new one saying clearly I hadn't cleaned it! She then agreed to replace it saying on this occasion and as a good will gesture she would give me a new one I cannot believe how she could make me feel like it was my fault she didn't even say sorry that this has happened I was furious! I have many Swaroski necklaces and I have never had any problems with them This lady, unfortunately I didn't get her name, should be retrained in customer serve she was extremely rude to me. I hope you will t are this matter further. Regards Liz fox

Swarovski A necklace & a bracelet

Over the years, my husband has bought me four pieces of Swarovski jewelry; the most recent of which was a tennis bracelet. At the same time, I had bracelet with a broken clasp that I haven't been able to wear because it falls off and a necklace with two stones that have changed colour (?).

I brought both pieces into a retail store tonight to ask about getting them fixed/replaced and I was told quite abruptly that the warranty didn't cover the clarity of the stone (re: the necklace) nor, did it cover wear and tear (re: the bracelet).

In my mind a stone would only discolour if it were made from defective materials. With regards to the bracelet - I wore it at most, 6 times (that would be 12 times of moving the clasp forward and back). To have it break so quickly suggests poor workmanship.

After the "service" I received tonight and because they won't stand behind their product, I won't be asking for any more genuine Swarovski pieces.

Swarovski broken stem/"lifetime guarantee"

My husband bought a pair of earrings for me, at a fairly high price... and they broke within 3 month of wearing them. Since we were going on vacation in September to Germany and Austria I took the earrings with me knowing they would exchange them for me at the factory - they have a 'Lifetime Guarantee". We drove to the factory in Austria, bought an expensive entrance fee for the two of us, went through an"Museum?", (Very strange), then arrived at the customer service desk. We were told to,"Go back to the store that sold them to you"... I was appalled with the LACK of care, concern or even common courtesy! I felt like they had my money, so deal with your problem!
Then to add insult to injury my loving husband found another necklace he liked, we couldn't get anyone to help us, and when he had to go and get someone to help us we were told the necklace was only available if we were VIP members.. REALLY?!?!? I will never buy from them again - and will encourage everyone I know not to buy from Swarovski!

Swarovski poor customer service missing crystals and turned my finger green

My partner got me this ring shortly after our engagement as I feel in love with it at a wedding show. It lasted not even two weeks before the crystals started to fall out I returned the ring with no problem the lady tried to say it was because I use hand cream. She sent it of to be fixed and ensured me the ring would take no longer than 4 weeks as I was worried because I had set the date for our engagement party. 6 weeks later I still had no news about the ring so I decided to ring the shop to ask they then went on to tell me that someone had collected the ring in my name with the receipt I ensured them it was not me and that I still had the receipt. They asked me to take it into the store as they did not believe me. When I took it down the staff were full of attitude and refused to help until I said I was going to go higher I returned home and got a phone call saying they would give me a new one. I received my new ring and yet again the same has happened but this time it also turned my finger green I am so unhappy.

Swarovski sent me the wrong size ring and then blamed it on me

I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased my ring off their website. Users are not exaggerating when they say their customer service is awful, and they absolutely will try to blame issues with their products or service on you.

I had tried on this ring in the store, but resisted purchasing. When I got home I decided I was going to purchase it after all off the website. I received the ring today, and it's clearly the wrong sized ring in perhaps the right box — It did not come sealed. It was literally just a ring in a Swarovski box with an unattached tag included inside the box.

So, first of all, unlike every other online retailer with chains of stores, the Swarovski online shop is not in any way connected to their retail store. You cannot buy something online and then return or exchange online. You have to pay to ship back the item. I called Swarovski and asked them to refund me for the shipping it would cost me for their error.

So you know what they told me, that I must be wrong because the item number on the box is the correct size. They in no way will even fathom the idea that a wrong-sized ring could have accidentally been shipped to me in the right box. It's all my fault even though I tried on the correct size ring in the store, and I know what it is supposed to fit like.

Lesson learned — I will never make a purchase from the Swarovski website again! And based on these reviews, sounds like the guarantee they told me about in the store on all of their jewelry and crystals is also a lie that they will not live up to. That makes me hesitant to buy from a store as well. I think I will just avoid Swarovski in general.

Just lie there is not way that they will fathom that the wrong size ring could accidentally be shipped, there is no way you will fathom the idea that perhaps you accidentally ordered the wrong size ring.

Swarovski ignored job application

I applied for an in-store job at Swarovski, the whole process took around three hours, as their on-line application process is one of those where you are asked to give lengthy details about education, training, past/recent employment, references, hobbies, etcetera - all of which is already on your CV. As well as this I spent a good deal of time researching the company and writing a good cover letter, as well as giving (what seemed like endless) answers to personality tests and watching videos of in-store situations that might arise, and answer those too. None of this annoys me too much, as I know how important it is for companies to ensure they employ like-minded staff with the right aptitude for the position. But after three or four months, I have never, ever heard back from them. At one point I phoned to double-check that they had received my application, and they advised me that they were shortlisting applicants and would be in touch within the week. I appreciate that companies of their size and popularity must receive hundreds of applications and they can't give individual feedback, but if they are going to expect applicants to spend that amount of time on applying, going through multiple tests and very clearly having spent a good deal of time on a cover letter, you would AT LEAST expect them to be appreciative enough to send a very quick email to notify those who haven't been successful. The fact that they've not done this makes me think that they simply don't care about the people who put the work in for them. If they don't have the time to send a quick 30 second email to unsuccessful applicants who have sacrificed all that time for them, then they need to re-evaluate what their customers mean to them and MAKE the time for them. I'm certainly not one anymore. They've just left me feeling disposable, and more than anything it's just so, so rude. They should understand that complaints get around faster than praise, because after telling my family and friends about this, none of them are going to continue to shop there either. So well done Swarovski - for the sake of a 30 second courtesy email, you've bitten the hand that feeds you and lost yourself multiple customers.

Swarovski beware of this scammers

If I can give a rating of negative. I would start with that. Beware of this scammers!

Here's how the nightmare start.

I receive 3 items as a gifts from my friends today may 5, 2015. They were bought last april 28, 2015 in an outlet store in merrimack nh. The items are brand new collection, they are not retired. To confirm I went online to see if it is current collection, and they are! The items were not my style so I told my fiancé if he can return it after work, since he is near prudential mall. After his work he went there he was greeted by a manager named daniella, he asked if he can returned all the items. The manager told him that this can not be returned here, since it was bought in an outlet store. I have been shopping with swarovski and this is the first time I heard this, even though she knew this are current collection, the gift receipt does not even state any rules regarding where you purchased it. My fiancé called to tell me that this person is refusing the return. I then called the customer service hotline, I talked to this woman and explained everything to her. She then offer to call the store in prudential, I was put on hold and the line was cut off. My fiancé called to tell me that the customer service called the store, but this manager still refused to take the items. So I told my fiancé to go home instead. I once again tried to call customer relation and unfortunately spoke with a rude woman. I told her what happened and ask why the manager still refused to take the items back. She just told me she cannot do anything about it. I told her that this items came from new hampshire which is 2 hrs. Away from us, if that's the case then I have to drive there which is a huge inconvenience, she blatantly said if you have to then yes. What kind of customer service are this people gave. This is what they called to give a customer satisfying experience? Very rude and not helpful. They just want your money after that your on your own. Never again I will be buying from this retailer.

P.S.
They sell crappy overpriced product.

Swarovski falling off crystals

I've always dreamed about getting a Swarovski ring for my anniversary, but since we live in Brazil, prices here are exorbitant. Last November, we were in the US, and my husband decided to buy me one. He went to the mall by himself, chose a beautiful ring, and I loved it! I started wearing it on the same day, but two days later I noticed there were 2 crystals missing. After a few more days, 1 more crystal was missing, but I decided to continue wearing it, because it was still beautiful. One month later, back in Brazil, I noticed more crystals were missing, and now there is not any crystal left. That is very disappointing, and I really expect a good explanation and a replacement of the same product, with better quality, from Swarovski Co.

Swarovski no money refund although no fit

My husband got me a ring for our 1st wedding anniversary from our local Swarovski Store in the Algarve Shopping Centre in Portugal (EU). Unfortunately the ring did not fit and there were no any other rings that would fit. I contacted the customer service and they informed they do not make bigger rings, not even as a request at the factory. As it was our first wedding anniversary I wanted a ring and nothing else BUT Swarovski has a NO MONEY REFUND policy, they will not make an exception. I made an official complaint by Swarovski, I also made a complaint by the Portuguese cunsumer protection but there is nothing that could be done. So here I am with no ring and no money back. I never ever got some kind of apology email or whatever, nothing. They are very infexible.

Swarovski sales service attitude

I am writing with regards to an extremely unpleasant and offensive encounter that I had with the sales representative, Marlene Lucero, at the Swarovski store in Ontario Mills, California.

I am a loyal Swarovski customer. I have always appreciated Swarovski's high quality products, but after today's encounter I am sure that I will definitely consider twice before returning to any Swarovski store, and never at the mentioned location.

On December 1, 2014 my daughter and I visited the Swarovski store in Ontario Mills to shop for several pieces of crystals intended for Christmas gifts. My daughter and I had selected a few items that we wanted to purchase and let the sales representative know that we would like to place the selected items on the counter and continue shopping for more items. We were aware of Swarovski’s company policy that each customer is limited to buy three items per visit. Since my daughter is married, she and I have different household. Each of us should be allowed to buy three items. Without finding out the real circumstances, your company’s sales representative, Marlene Lucero, assumed that my daughter and I are under the same household and is limited to buy three items. She saw the few items that my daughter had put down on the encounter and continued our shopping. She approached me and told me that we can only purchased three items in a very rude tone with a bad attitude. To my frustration, while I attempted to reason with her, she called the security guard to come over to the store trying to intimidate us. Although we were disgusted with the treatment we had received from her, we still purchased a total of six items, three per household, paying with two credit cards with a different household name.

Your company’s sales representative, Marlene Lucero, should not pre-judge the customers and she should explain the company’s procuring policy in a friendly tone. Her attitude will just drive customers away. Now is the Christmas season, imagine how much business your company can be lost because her appalling treatment to the customers.

I hope that this letter will cause some level of reflection in terms of customer service in stores in the US. The abysmal treatment I received was nowhere near the level of service I expected from some place as distinguished as Swarovski. I would think that the store would want to take this poor experience into account in re-evaluating its customer service quality.

I ordered Swarovski crystal earnings from the website www.swarovskimalaysia.com. I waited 2 weeks, and when I got the order, I was furious. The earnings looked cheap and fake.
